It has been a very easy process. Uploading documents is easy. Also, the loan officers are very responsive when asked a question.

Everything was great with Lakeview Loan Servicing, They accurate and very responsive with any questions I had.

Ease of doing business with Lakeview. No problems to deal with. Carson is very easy to talk to and stays on top of our search for a new home.

Ease of selling my house and setting up a mortgage for the new house. My agents were helpful and friendly and answered my questions.

We decided to use a different loan company moving forward with our next home purchase. We did initially want to use lakeview and completed an application but were incredibly unhappy with the customer service we received. That was the ultimate reason we decided to use another company.

I have not once called in and had professional or curtesy service m. Furthermore each representative tells you something totally different than the other, and will switch up in the very same conversation. If you have a choice, go elsewhere because I didn’t, my mortgage started with one company and then shortly after I had the misfortune to be switched to Lakeview/Loancare.

The customer service is the least of the issues with this company. I would only recommend against working with them. Trust me, it’s not worth the headache or the money you’ll ultimately waste with them.

Zero Stars - Commits Fraud & Poor Customer Service
Long story short - I was required to purchase flood insurance 10/2024, it was confirmed my flood insurance was on file and everything was good to be escrowed. 11/2025 same story. Fast forward to 2/2026, my mortgage jumped $1100. When I called in they stated they purchased flood insurance for me at $3600 x $7200. After 2.5 nothing is being done to rectified the issue on Loancare side - I have gotten a bunch of "I have made notes and we will call you back". Loancare is in bed with FEMA and the insurance company that imposes 600% inflated rates, which is unlawful on so many levels. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM OR ANY OF THEIR PARTNERS.

Horrible customer service. I waited over 3 hours to get to an agent. That said, once I finally got to talk with someone, the agents were nice. Management needs to hire more people!!

The loan refinancing process is very complex - with even the role of the companies we are dealing with (like Lakeview) - not being very clear. While the people were polite and helpful - there is no enablement material to educate the customer on the whole loan process and the broader industry. Feels so cold and someone trying to pull a fast one.

Your loan advisors were very helpful and guided me in the correct way to refinance my loan. They were always upfront and questioned if I had any I don’t know things I needed answered before they proceeded. I really appreciate the professionalism.

Our refinance went smoothly. Everyone that we dealt with was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. If possible, I would use this mortgage company again.
