La La Leaf products are a trusted brand AND are one that evokes feelings of superior self-care... Hence me enjoying them, personally, and being very proud to share them with others. I no longer have an addiction to lip balm! I love this product so much!

I love being blamed for a faulty container. "Tension cap". Yeah? Try FUSED.
I had two strong guys try to get the cap off and neither could. Held it up to a light - suckered was FUSED to the bottom.
So we tried a soft mallet to get it loose.
Still wouldn't budge.
Put it in a vice to get more grip....nope.
So I sent them a message, "can you please replace this?" Because at $20 I sure would like to USE the product. Their response? YOU BROKE IT.
We will replace once YOU PAY to ship it back. Putting this already expensive lip balm into the "$25 I'll just use something else range." Filed with BBB. And their response was demeaning "we understand some people with dexterity issues may have problems but we never recommend a hammer so you damaged it". Yup. My 21 year old EMS son certainly has "dexterity issues". And the cap was FUSED. It was STILL FUSED after the mallet.
They refused to replace, blamed us, assumed we had "dexterity issues" and then blocked me on social when I posted my experience.

STAY AWAY. Plenty of other lip balm businesses out there that appreciate their customers and treat them right.

I really enjoyed the lip colors. They do not dry out my lips which is important to me. The product was as described and delivered in a timely manner. I was kept informed as to delivery dates and the product arrived when they stated it would. It was hot outside when the lip balms arrived and the company warned me not to let them sit outside in the hot sun which I really appreciated the reminder! I would highly recommend this business.

The original balm is different and better than any other chapstick or lip balm. It actually heals lips like a lip mask would. I received this as a gift once and then proceeded to buy it for everyone I know when I have a gift to give. Even people with crazy sensitivities to products can safely use this (unless they are allergic to beeswax). It's worth the price. The tinted balms don't have the same moisturizing and healing power as un-tinted, just to manage expectations.

I ordered the 1st time as a gift. My sister loved the lip balm. So I ordered again for my daughter in law. She loved it and asked how to get some for her sister. I've now gifted everyone lip balm.. including me. I absolutely love it. It's worth every penny.. works great. I don't use anything else now. You won't regret trying it!

The product is as great as promoted. Have ordered three times, both tinted and regular. Leaves my lips feeling great!, use the tinted instead of lipstick on workout days. Pretty and soft colors.

I’ve been using Lala Leaf Lip Balm for a while now, and I can confidently say it’s the best lip balm I have ever tried! This lippie is magic! I only use it a couple of times a day, and it keeps my lips soft. I love it so much that I signed up for a subscription. They have really good flavors, my faves are spearmint, lemon lime and pumpkin. I honestly cannot imagine being without it!

lalaleaf lip balms are wonderful. They keep my lips from drying out while adding just the right amount of non-sticky gloss. The tints are great, not too much color and they stay on for quite some time.

I love La La Leaf, I apply it once to my lips and I'm good for the day! It never feels waxy and it doesn't clump up. I highly recommend it!

I have had chapped lips pretty much every day of my life for the past 35 years. I’ve tried all the chapsticks. This one actually works. It’s worth the money!

I really like the lip balms I’ve tried with La La Leaf, specifically the holiday spice blend in pink. It only adds a very subtle tint to my fair color which I prefer, and the scent is so yummy. It makes me smell holiday cheer constantly, I even dab a little bit on my nose to help with the dryness so that I can smell it more.
The packaging is really cute and with how thick the tube is I feel like I only need a couple swipes each time I use it.
I also had great customer service experience with their team when I had questions. Yes, it’s a higher price point for some lip balm but the clean ingredients and CBD benefit are what you pay extra for. My lips always feel more hydrated after I put it on, and it goes on incredibly buttery smooth.

I would give no stars, if I could! This product actually DRIES my lips! It's one of the worst lip balms I've ever used---and it's not cheap! Never again!

This product is my lips saving grace!! I’ve been using other products that just did a good enough job but La La Leaf has changed my lips for ever. I’m not constantly reapplying because my lips have dried out in less than an hour. I almost forget that I can just apply for the fun of it now instead of for relief. My daughter is even using La La Leaf and is in love too!!
What’s so cool is my grandkids have always called me La La. So it was meant to be for me to find this most amazing product that actually works.

Person when it comes to lip balms, lotions and moisturizers. I have spent an unbelievable amount of money searching for one that can do what I need it to do... LALA LEAF works ! Clean ingredients that are listed, absorbs into my lips no waxy coating and no terrible taste to deal with.

With SPF they have it! although the white tint is not my favorite the protection it provides is awesome.
I need a lip moisturizer for every day and before bed
They have several, my favorite is black. My lips have not been dry or cracked since I have been using Lala Leaf.
The colors are opaque and give just a little extra.
Can't say enough good about their lip balms.
Yes a little pricey but worth it.

I’m so glad I decided to give Lalaleaf a try, it’s turned out to be my favorite lip moisturizer ever! It feels so good on the lips and does a wonderful job of moisturizing. The scents are mild and natural and it has a great list of ingredients. I subscribed to get a fresh new scent every other month. If I ever get more than I need they would make a great little gift!

Best lip balm EVER!! A tube lasts me 3 months with twice daily use. Often have 20% off sales, and a bulk discount program which you can customize as to how often you receive the balms. Even have SPF balm and a couple colors to chose from. Soft colors, super moisturizing and all balms are long lasting. Highly recommend this product!!

I absolutely love LaLaLeaf lip balm! It really truly works, I've experienced chapped lips for most of my life and was pretty much addicted to lip balm. Then I tried LaLaLeaf and not only does it feel good on my lips I don't need to apply it constantly like the standard commercial lip balms. I highly recommend trying it, you'll be so glad you did!

La La Leaf is my go to lip balm. Not only is it incredibly moisturizing, but the colors add a nice little pop to lips without being overbearing. I have the original balm by my bed, in my bathroom, by my couch, and in my car. You really can’t ask for a better product. In fact, since I’ve been using La La Leaf, I’ve had no more chapped lips.
