Land Survey Drafts Reviews

The S2S course is definitely worth taking.
Whether you are new to CAD or just want to sharpen your skills.
The zoom meetings twice a week are both informative and engaging. Homework assignments are easy to follow and concise. If you get stuck on something Jasen or the support group on Discord will have an answer in just a few minutes. No waiting until the next zoom meeting answers.
If you go all in, you will walk away with a highly marketable skill in a relatively short time.

Through and through this course not only lets a person of no experience break into the Land Surveying industry but give the proper skills to excel beyond an entry level. I switched from manufacturing drafting and was taught core principles, terminology, concepts about Land Survey and applied that to all assigned modules. With that being said Jasen is more than kind enough to help whenever we get stuck. The beauty of this, is that no work is taken for granted; we can use this as a portfolio for hiring said companies. Jasen is thorough and every step, word written, command done on CAD is extremely impactful. I recommend this course for someone new in the industry, trying to get a raise, or looking to add into you skill set.

Taking this course has taken me into a realm that is unbelievable!

I thought I was buying into a course that will help me narrow down my side hustle but it has brought in so much more! I have meet some amazing folks and have got my return in investment within a month.

Whenever you join the course you are plugged into a network of folks that help you and give you advice on your journey.

Highly recommend you do this if you looking for a career change or simply just want to stop doordashing and get a real side hustle with 0 overhead cost!

I just wanted to say thanks to this program. It really gave me the skills and confidence I needed to get started in land survey drafting and even look into some entrepreneurship. I appreciate everything you taught and how much it’s helped me move forward. Thanks again, man.

Before starting the S2S program I was hesitant, but after having a call with Jasen I was sure it would be beneficial. He is very knowledgeable and find creative ways to explain complex subjects, he is incredibly generous with his time and don't spare any effort pushing his students. The community part of program makes it more fun and create a climate favorable for accountability. After finishing the program and implementing the strategies taught I started gaining visibility and that lead to a job offer from my current employer. If you are considering it don't hesitate , you'll be in good hands .

Jasen is knowledgeable, engaged, and a great teacher. He is very astute in understanding the larger market, and is generous with his time, advice, and encouragement. In a world of questionable online courses, this course is efficiently presented and packed with extremely useful real world information. It would be difficult to gain this knowledge any other way, without working in the industry for many years. Highly recommended!

I initially embarked on this program with the intention of establishing a supplementary source of income. Thanks to Jasen's guidance and the marketing strategies he shared, I successfully acquired clients within a few weeks. Midway through the ten-week program, I experienced a layoff from my regular employment, but I had already established a business system, thanks to the Jasen CAD Earn program.

The S2S program comprehensively covers all the essential aspects of survey drafting. It even includes masterclasses on databases, templates, and surfaces. Furthermore, Jasen not only imparts the correct techniques but also emphasizes efficiency.

I am exceedingly pleased with my decision to enroll in this course. It has enabled me to create a functional business system and escape the traditional 9-to-5 routine. I now enjoy significantly greater freedom.

My sincere gratitude to Jasen and the Survey Drafts team!

A welcoming community of likeminded individuals that are all working towards the same goal! His whop.com program makes it easy to learn at your own pace. There are also multiple zoom meeting sessions throughout the week with Jasen, to get help on homework and to help you prepare for job opportunities! I highly recommend this program to anyone that is interested in using their CAD skills to go freelance!

Outstanding Value

The CAD earn program gave me the foundation I needed to start my own business. Now, I work with clients across the US and am well on my way to fully replacing my income as a freelancer within the next few months and having control of my income and location freedom. All using the CAD skills I already had. Everything you'll learn here translates to any other entrepreneurial ventures you pursue too. Can't recommend the program enough. Jasen is the man.

Before I found Jasen Hunt’s Land Survey Drafting course, I was an architect stuck in a job with no real upward mobility. I felt like I was going through the motions with endless drawings, endless deadlines, and no clear path forward. I wanted something with more legs, something that actually opened doors.

When I signed up for Jasen’s program, I was skeptical. Most online courses feel like a scam with lots of hype and no real-world value. But this was different from the first day. Every homework assignment built directly into my portfolio. By the end, I was not just learning theory. I had actual ALTA surveys, topo maps, and boundary plats I could show to employers. The support I received throughout the program was beyond what I expected. Whenever I hit a wall, Jasen or his team were right there with clear, practical help.

What shocked me most was how much value I got compared to what I paid. It felt like I was getting the type of industry training you usually only get after years on the job. Jasen genuinely cares about his students, sometimes more than you care about yourself. He pushes you to do the work, and if you do, you come out the other side with marketable skills that survey firms actually hire for.

Thanks to this course, I built a real portfolio and landed a drafting position in surveying, something I never thought possible just months earlier. If you are on the fence, do not be. This is not just another course. It is a career move.

I like that the course itself landed me a better paying job working with a licensed surveyor. I want to continue to expand my knowledge in this career due to the high demand for drafters and surveyors. I also paid for a course extension for a recap. I would recommend this to anyone who is interested in making a career switch to land surveying.

Jasen helps you everystep of the way, from understanding marketing trends to target the right people to get you hired or contracts as a freelancer. The course work is understanble and when you have questions he's available throughout the week to help or help is available from senior members of program.
