Worst money making app and they keep pushing customer to pay more and more without work being done, also they target NRIs. Just for 100 ruppes work they charge 10000, there is no middlemen required for any of this land related process.

Landed helped us understand the home buying process better and had a list of great realtors for us to choose from. This list is how we met our realtor, Jen. Jen went above and beyond for us from the very beginning and we are so lucky to have worked with her.

I called Landed almost 3 weeks ago Sept 27. I submitted all my paperwork immediately, was told I didn't need to provide anything else. I was then told my estimated down payment, 27k, and I agreed to go forward. Then for a week... radio silence. I kept emailing with only a response from the assistant who can't do much. Finally, the president of the branch jumps in and says if I do a rescore on my credit, I could possibly get a lower rate. Great. Got that in order, and hear back by the next Monday. Finally the score comes in, and bonus, it went up! Then I get an email saying I have to resubmit all of my paperwork because it expired. Huh? Attached to a document a couple hours later, I open the closing costs new document, and my down payment is 15k higher, now 43k. WHAT? I ask why. They didn't lock in the first rate. Why did no one lock it in, I ask. "I don't know." Was the answer I got. I felt so mishandled by this company. Wasted 3 weeks of my life working with them.

I enjoyed my experience with Landed. The only downside is the high charge for using my own realtor.

This is an amazing opportunity for those that want to purchase in the communities they serve for but otherwise may not be able to. We were able to find a beautiful home with the help of our realtor and the landing team was amazing. There was a minor hiccup with the financing department, which led to some confusion in the documentation that was needed to close the loan. Other than that the process went seamlessly. I will definitely recommend this program to others that it is available to.

We had a great experience with Landed. Three months after our initial contact with them, we were able to close on an apartment. We couldn’t have done it without Landed.

I had a great experience working with Landed. Their information explaining Landed is very detailed and if you have any questions you can email the worker that you are assigned to letting her know that you need clarification. They work with your mortgage consultant getting all the information they need. You really don’t do much because everyone involved is communicating with each other. It is a good program to consider if you need help with a down payment.

When the option became available in our county it was a no brainer for us! Excellent communication and guidance. We love the realtor that you paired us with. We also felt very secure in the decision process of picking a home since Landed thoroughly looked over the inspection reports. In terms of what Landed could do better: We can't think of anything!

It sounded too good to be true at first. And there were terms and other aspects of homebuying that as first-time homebuyers we didn’t know about.
