What stands out the most is their support team they’re always responsive and ready to help whenever I run into an issue or need guidance. Overall, it’s a solid service that I can count on for my projects.

The customer service is amazing! I had problems all day trying to publish my page chat gpt was useless and I got a random message from them and they solved my 9hour problem in about 15minutes couldn’t ask for more!

The product itself is pretty good, but our organization no longer needed it.

We're still waiting for them to process our cancellation request 3 weeks later, but they definitely keep trying to charge the card on file for a (new) annual subscription long after they confirmed our cancellation request.

Pretty awful customer service.

Edit: Company replied on Telegram finally. They "missed" the original e-mail about it and took the 30s it takes to resolve the matter finally. Would hate to think that the e-mail notification they received about this review had anything to do with it. I wanted to update the review for total transparency.

I had a lot of landing pages and quizzes to replicate inside of LanderLab. The onboarding team at LanderLab went above and beyond and recreated all the landing pages and quizzes that were highly customized. My experience was phenomenal. I couldn't recommend this company. Also, the AI features to customize your landing page from a single prompt are quite amazing. It saves you a lot of development time as well. If you're looking for a tool that creates high-converting landing pages, this is the software to get!

The last update made Landerlab THE most competitive tool I have ever used. Wether you are doing direct response campaigns or a simple website to showcase your b2b services, this tool is packed with templates, AI, and features that will save you a great deal of time.

My main satisfaction comes from the team and outstanding support I am getting, on top of being on telegram which is very convenient, the team is very responsive and dedicated to make everything easy for me. They also imported all of my funnels from my previous tool.

so I needed some custom work done and I am not very technical. Bruno, whom I believe is the founder, took the time of his day to view my request and the work was done is less than 12 business hours. He also jumped with me on a call to help me use the platform in a better way. This is my first time going out of my way to leave a review.
