I booked online and on the day I recieved a call an hour before arrival of electrician which helped so I didn't have to be stuck at home and enough time to get to property. Done the job and left polite and pleasant chap.

I used this business recently. Their communication is excellent. They kept me well informed when the engineer would get to the home. The engineer is professional and efficient. They issued the landlord gas certificate the same evening. In all, I am very impressed with their service. I would highly recommend them

Very good customer follow up- prompted me as to when cert. due ( obviously) but easily accessible to talk to.
Gave 4stars, b'cos could have asked a few questions (notes for fire alarm etc) as I was on- site, and could have answered them , as opposed to putting in report.
