Quick and efficient service. The team was responsive, and the gas and electrical certificates were issued promptly. The initial EICR was unsatisfactory, but once the remedial work was completed, the certificate was reissued without delay. Overall, a smooth experience, and I would recommend their services.

Two engineers came and did a thorough…
Two engineers came and did a thorough EICR inspection. Despite getting a failure important notes were made. Once I had an electrician address the problems Landlord Certificates were prompt in updating the EICR inspection for house to a pass without extra charge.

Really good company! Needed emergency light and fire certificate for my property , they booked and advised me via whatsapp got an appointment quickly, gave me the option to pay before or after the appointment and sent me the reports by email and whatsapp 24 hours after- very happy with their service and will use them for other things like gas safety etc in the future thanks
