After checking out few surveyors, Landview was the cheapest and best choice with good reviews. I had a survey done within 24 hours of making a booking with Michelle. Graham was appointed to do the level 2 survey. I am very impressed with his report - very thorough and detailed. I also made a follow up call with him for some advice. Definitely recommended for a 5 stars service.

I was shopping for a level 2 homebuyers' survey on a leasehold apartment I'm in the process of buying. Karla and every other member of the team that I spoke to on the phone was friendly, polite, and transparent: confident about their service, not pushy or trying to hard-sell it.

I got a quick and very reasonable quote for good work, and paid through an easy-to-use portal. They coordinated with the property's agent, and I didn't have to get involved -- I just got the survey results back within the quoted time, and the survey itself was detailed, easy to understand, and had plenty of useful photos as examples.
