Langford Rae Property Agents Reviews

I can honestly say Langford Rae in Chelsfield are by far the best Estate Agents I have ever dealt with. Ours has not been an easy transaction but their patience and professionalism not to mention the kindness shown by Nicki, Jill and Barbara has been greatly appreciated. We did get there in the end! Thank you ladies and our best wishes for continued success in the future.

Langford-Rae in Chelsfield were a pleasure to deal with when we bought our house through them. Very professional & responsive, and also nice people - Estate Agency as it should be!

Neil and his team are extremely professional with the rental process from start to finish, keeping you updated on every stage of the way. I have rented from these guys a few times. If a problem occurs in the flat, they attend to it and put things right in no time at all. A professional company with the personal touch, I would recommend them every time!!

I recently sold my aunt's house in chelsfield park through Langford Rae estate agents and couldn't be happier with their service and advice. It was not an easy property to sell but with the help of all the team we managed to obtain a satisfactory sale. I can not recommend them highly enough and thanks again for all your help.

I couldn’t recommend Langford Rae highly enough. They have managed my property for a few years now and always find me good tenants who pay their rent on time and look after the property well. This time round Sarah Jewett handled the property. She oversaw the pre tenancy maintenance work, arranged for the property to be professionally cleaned, conducted viewings, referenced my tenants, prepared the tenancy agreement and ensured everything went smoothly and to plan.

Langford Rae Property Agents took on the task of finding tenants for my property. They were super efficient taking all the stress away from me allowing me to carry on with my day to day business only involving me when I needed to choose which tenant I would prefer after they had all been approved. All utilities and council tax dealt with too, along with Landlords deposit. Cannot thank them enough. Highly recommend this company.

Langford Rae, Chelsfield, Orpington. They were really professional. We found them very helpful in every way. Excellent communication. Very willing to go back to the seller to ask for more information. Also very willing to give us several viewings. We would like to give a special mention for Nikki who we found to be very very helpful. Many thanks to the rest of the team for making the buying process go smoothly.

We rented a flat with Langford Rae from September 2020 to June 2022. MD Neil Durrant and Property Managers Sarah Jewett and Chris Richardson were all very helpful, efficient and personable in all of our interactions, as well as very accommodating of our requests. All the colleagues we had the pleasure of speaking with and meeting were utmost professionals and I would have no hesitation recommending Langford Rae. Thank you to everyone for a pleasant final renting experience before we bought our own place.

Thanks to everyone at Langford Rae; Neil, Nikki, Barbara and Jill, who were always super helpful throughout our house purchase process.
Always proactive in keeping us informed, explaining everything and attention to detail.
We're so happy in our wonderful new home!

We would like to thank Nikki,Jill and Barbara for first class service with our sale and purchase .It has been the best moving experience we have had after using most other estate agents in Orpington over the years.

We were very pleased with the way Langford Rae handled the sale of our Late Mother's flat in Farnborough. It was a complicated sale involving ancient Planning permissions & leases; but L-R kept us informed and were very helpful throughout.
Thanks again to Jill, Barbara, Nicki & Neil - after 8 months our flat was finally sold.

We had lived in our cottage for 25 years and the prospect of selling was very daunting to say the least!
Thankfully we chose Langford Rae to market and sell our house. As soon as we met Neil and Nikki we knew we had made the right decision. Their friendly, approachable professionalism along with excellent knowledge of the local market, enabled the process to go very smoothly.
Thank you to all the fantastic team, Neil, Nikki, Barbara and Jill. We can unreservedly recommend
Langford Rae in the future.

From start to finish the expertise and handling of the sale of the house was excellent. I was always kept informed of any events that were happening. Can't fault them.

Nikki and the entire team over at Langford Rae are just amazing! So much so, we bought our home through them and then also decided to sell our home through them again! How they provide updates and walk you through the entire process, just takes the edge of how stressful house sale and purcase can be. We would like to thank them once again for making the experience so pleasant. We highly recommend them!

We sold our property using Langford Rae in November 2021.
The service was excellent from the whole team there and made the process of moving a better experience.
The team were friendly and knowledgeable and helpful throughout.
We would definitely recommend.

A delight to deal with. Friendly and professional and Barbara helped progress the sale smoothly and proficiency.

I was most impressed with the service provided. Having signed the contract on the Wednesday, they arranged for an EPC together with photos and measurements during the next two days. I received and accepted an offer on the following Monday. I received regular progress reports through to completion of the sale.

Professional and Friendly
We recently purchased property sold through Langford Rae and I have to admit it has been most stress free experience dealing with Langford Rae.

Nikki, Jill and Barbara are very professional and friendly, they were proactive in keeping us updated throughout the sale process. I would like to thank them all.

I would like to thank Jill, Nikki and James at the Chelsfield office for their help, advice and hard work. We purchased our first house through them and completed in April 2021. It wasn’t an easy ride having experienced a problematic sale but they were always chasing and advising us to the best they could. We are very happy in our new home and hope to use their service one day in the late future. Kind regards, Katy

My second sale with Langford Rae… and it went as smoothly as the first one. Friendly, professional staff who go above and beyond. Highly recommend
