The entire end-to-end workflow, from initiating the shipment request, to the employee getting the box, the automated reminders, and the final delivery back to our HQ, went perfectly without a single hitch.

What really impressed us, though, was how responsive their team is. We needed a few specific tweaks to fit our internal processes, and they quickly implemented features like adding purchase order (PO) numbers, routing invoices to dedicated accounting email addresses, and allowing multiple team members onto the account.
