Laptop bags sent the wrong item, and when I wrote to ask them about it, did not reply. I tried 3 times. Also, they do not answer their phone. Hopeless.

Do not use this store it IS NOT IN Australia all shipping is from China. I ordered a bag on the 15th of July and its never arrived. I was sent tracking and my bag is travelling around Minnesota and Minneapolis what a joke.

This just stinks, stay away from this company.
This is a nasty plastic-looking piece of poor quality pretend leather in bag form, dropshipped from China. Can pick the dropshippers when they say "Dont return it to the manufacturer". But they also state the company must be emailed prior to return (yet they dont respond), and "nothing on sale is eligible for a refund" yet all their products are allegedly discounted.
No response to customer service emails. The bag is about to be donated to charity. Maybe they can make $10 from selling it, which is probably what its worth.

Do not use this company. I ordered the laptop case for my model Mac and it does not fit. Been trying to contact them and get zero response

SCAM I have patiently waited almost 6 months for delivery. Lucky I paid using PayPal and may be protected from this scam company.

Delivery was exceptionally long. Poor communication wouldn't use this site again.

As extra sidenote. Have been waiting for delivery since Jan - Feb 2025. they claim it was delivered. Have never sent proof of delivery. It wasn't!
but now won't respond to my messages to get refund or the stupid bag. That had been brought as a gift.

We are now mid March 2025

Bought a laptop cover for Christmas present. Shipped from China though supposedly an Australian site. It arrived Christmas Eve & was not what I ordered. I immediately notified them but had to buy another at last minute. I’ve since contacted them 3 times requesting a refund with no response. It appears I’ll have to go through my credit card company

Ordered a protective sleeve for an ipad thinking it was being shipped from a location in Australia not China. Very poor quality! I dont think it will last very long! Regret buying it

Received iPad case as described, however customer service did not respond when I emailed with a shipping query, and it's also clear that the item is dropshipped from China. Exact product can be obtained from cheaper websites for a third of the price.

Ordered online 2 weeks ago. Got confirmation of order and shipping. I sent a email yesterday requesting a ETA or tracking and then received an email today that the order has been cancelled and I’d be getting a refund. This was a Xmas gift for my granddaughter! Haven’t heard when I’ll be getting my money, but dreadful customer service. Buy elsewhere!

Returns phone number goes unanswered. Forwarded to another number that then goes to an unrelated sounding voicemail.
Email to arrange returns also go unanswered
Appears to be a sham seller

I bought a laptop case,from laptop bags Australia and what I received does not match the picture on their website.Also I don’t think the quality is worth the price I paid.So I have been trying to return it and they are making it difficult.I also tried calling them and it was redirected and then went to voicemail.Im starting to think this might be a dodgy company,best to avoid.

I ordered the 15 inch laptop tote in pink. What I received was a crappy quality very chemical-smelling item where the colour was patchy and weird. I tried to return it but they made it too hard and I had lost trust that they would actually refund me. Now it is sitting at home collecting dust. These bags are a joke.

Bought a laptop backpack. The material isn’t great quality and the bag received did not match the pictures. There were extra pockets clearly visible in the photos on the inside of the bag and the sides of the bag that were not on the bag received. The straps aren’t very comfortable to carry the bag, not padded well. Otherwise bag was received in just over a week.

Ipaid $139.00 from LAPTOP BAGS AUSTRALIA, for a ladies laptop bag, as I moved house i did not get the bag from my previous property for about a month. first of all I ordered black and it was pink, the quality is not worth the price I payed. I sent an email to the company and did not here a word from them. I wanted to buy my daughter inlaw a nice present and saved for some time for the laptop bag as Iam a pensioner Iam very upset, I could not give this cheap quality present to her and could only afford lotto tickets. would never purchase or recommend this company.

I purchased "The Craft Laptop Backpack." When I received it, I was very disappointed with the flimsy quality and poor stitching especially as you offer "satisfaction guaranteed". The bag does not open all the way at the zip and with a broken hand, it is not easily useable (I can't imagine it is easy to use with two working hands).

I contacted laptop-bag.com.au by by phone, email, messenger, and on their website several times. To date I have not received any contact. They were quick to take money but silent when there is an issue. I was asking for an URGENT exchange or refund as I need a bag urgently with my injury and NOTHING.

This is not reasonable and am now taking this further through NSW Fair Trading, Shoppay, Trustpilot, and wherever else.

THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO TRADE AND THEIR EXORBITANT PRICES DO NOT MEAN THEY ARE OFFERING A QUALITY PRODUCT. - ***SCAM COMPANY***
