Fabulous and efficient service.
I had great service from laptopbattery.co.uk. I was away from the office without a laptop charger and found this company online. After a few phone calls they’d sorted me out with the correct charger and I could collect it in minutes. Luke was very helpful and even tested it for me to ensure it was the right cable. Excellent and helpful service and saved me from a 2 hour round trip back to the office.

Laptop battery problems
I was travelling without my laptop charger and the laptop was completely drained of power. I needed to access work emails before finishing my holiday. Luke tried charging my laptop but unfortunately there was a problem with the battery (which I'd suspected for a while). He replaced the battery insitu and I was able to get urgent emails sorted. Great business, great customer service and reasonable priced battery too.

Speedy service and god product
The battery was dispatched within hours and with me very quickly - maybe the next day. It arrived well wrapped and matched the specs exactly. As it happened, the swap was an easy job, as it often is with a Toshiba.
No reason to fault anything, no complaints at all. I would use them again without hesitation.
