Excellent communication and service

Wow, wow, wow what a fantastic experience, from initial first contact to completion, Rob was absolutely fantastic, he called round to give a quote and talked me through the whole process, and did a spot clean on my guttering to test for which was the best way to clean them. I booked a complete vacuum of gutters and soffit and facia clean plus a window and door clean for my 4 bed detached house and garage. Throughout the cleaning process he would speak to me with his progress and even had video footage of the gutters being vacuumed, a lovely friendly professional guy, after the work was complete we walked around the property with him as he wanted to ensure my satisfaction. I have now booked Rob to do my regular window cleaning. A complete star.
