The experience was extremely unsatisfactory!
I cannot recommend these services under any circumstances!

My prescribing clinician recorded an incorrect address on the prescription. I did not verify this detail, as the prescription was transmitted directly from the clinician to the pharmacy. Furthermore, at the time of payment, I provided my correct address and therefore did not anticipate any issues.

The medication was dispatched within 24 hours; however, upon attempted delivery, it was established that the address on the consignment did not correspond to mine, and the parcel was consequently returned within 48 hours.

I subsequently contacted the pharmacy, which informed me that, irrespective of the address provided at the point of payment, dispatch is carried out strictly in accordance with the address stated on the prescription. They further advised that, once returned to the company, the medication is disposed of due to a purported loss of efficacy resulting from transit time, and that a new purchase would be required should I wish to obtain the medication again.

In my view, consumers residing at a considerable distance should exercise caution before purchasing from this provider, as there is a risk that the medication may not retain sufficient efficacy throughout the delivery period.

I would not recommend this business at all.

I booked a massage through Instagram and paid a deposit in advance. My appointment was at 12:00, and I called to say I’d be 15–20 minutes late. I was reassured that this was not a problem.

After travelling from Vauxhall to Holborn, I arrived to find a fire alarm going off at the premises. I was told to leave and come back in 30 minutes.

After waiting and returning, the situation had not changed. I was then told they didn’t know when it would be resolved and that I should reschedule for another day.

This is unacceptable. I followed their instructions and still ended up wasting my time, energy, and travel costs.

I had to ask for a refund myself, and no real effort was made to resolve the situation or accommodate me.

Overall, very poor organisation, lack of communication, and no respect for customers’ time. Avoid.

I had an amazing experience at LaRose Clinc with ECATERINA a lovely lady .She was absolutely brilliant. She explained everything about the treatment and the session was so smooth and very relaxing. Too bad the treatment is very expensive! But I would definitely recommend..And I will be back

I had a fantastic experience at La Rose Clinic. My therapist was Shante and she was very helpful, she improved my pigmentation (dark marks)

Everyone at La Rose is super-professional and Shante, who did my treatments really took her time and made it a fantastic experience. Very pleased with results so far.

I had my microneedling a few months ago which delivered great results to my skin. And the results are quite astonishing. This treatment improves collagen level for month and after the course is completed only requires an annual treatment to keep it maintained. I’m very happy with the results - it took 5 years off. It resurfaced it and improved the overall appearance. I also followed the team advise regarding the products and I absolutely see the results. I’m ever so fretful your advice tailored to my needs. Will be back ❤️

I had a Hydrafacial for the first time and it was amazing, Shante made me feel very comfortable and relaxed and walked me through the treatment step by step. My skin felt so radiant and soft after the facial. Kim was very welcoming to the clinic and provided some great advice. The clinic is so warm, cozy and very clean. Highly recommend.

DO NOT go for pigmentation treatment at La Rose Clinic, Holborn. I paid £90 for a three-session package, and this experience has been an absolute nightmare. They are shockingly unprofessional, rude, and completely careless with their customers’ time and money.

First session: completely ineffective—no improvement was seen in my pigmentation. Paid for absolutely nothing.

Second session: I arrived on time and waited 20 minutes, only to be told the machine wasn’t working. I politely asked if I could come later that day or the next day, and they rudely said they couldn’t tell and would “call me” at an unspecified time. I walked out briefly and returned to discuss a refund or reschedule, but one staff member refused to even open the door for me. Eventually, another staff member casually turned the machine on for treatment, as if nothing had happened. The laser technician absurdly claimed it wasn’t working because I came early or my details weren’t in the system—completely ridiculous since this was the only scheduled time for my session.

They clearly did not provide proper treatment, lied about the machine not working, and treated me with utter disrespect. There was no accountability, no professionalism, no time management, and no regard for paying customers. They didn’t even book my 3rd appointment, just saying “we’ll contact you.” I am not going back for the 3rd session—there has been no improvement whatsoever, said come back in a month with no booking appointment or any reassurance - DO NOT PAY ANYONE before your services

This place is cheap, absurd, and a complete waste of your time and money. I strongly advise everyone to stay far away—do not make the mistake of trusting them with your skin or money.

The clinic is clean, calm, and just a step away from Holborn, which makes it super convenient. The team are so welcoming and professional, you feel looked after from the moment you walk in.
