This is a bit more of a saga.

Firstly, I don't order online for anything fashion related but I was genuinely curious. When I saw this site seeing a mix of real models vs. the generative, algorithmically sheen-bright ideal figures with a suspicious lack of depth in backdrop then defined real models again. It's a pop up boutique and like the other reviews acknowledged, a potential scam.

In actuality is may be a bit more complicated. The dress I got the first time* was light, itchy, loose seams around the dresser, stained on the left sleeve too.
A year later, I kid you not, they send the dress back but it didn't feel the same way at all.
This one was the second* and it was heavy with a silk-ish lining under it.

I'm still leaving the two stars for lack of refund and further communication. My refund was partialized but apparently, a whole year after I explained my disattisfaction to customer service, which, I can't believe really even responded then that year prior, was kind enough to stipulate the partial refund even though they advised *against* me doing to due to the hassle.

Not my weirdest, not my last but it definitely will be for this boutique. All dresses are warehouse quality from select sweatshops in China hence the use of AI to over perpetuate quality.
Just odd stuff going on here in general.

Do not buy anything on this site, there is nothing matching the picture. If you send back it cost you $50 at your own expense. And you will be constantly reminded to refund the money to you.

Ich habe Stiefeletten bestellt. Die Bestellung war versandkostenfrei. Die Größenangabe für EU-Größe (umgerechnet von US/UK) war nicht korrekt angegeben. Daher waren die Stiefeletten viel zu groß und ich musste die Schuhe zurücksenden. Die Rücksendekosten musste ich selbst tragen. Nach dem die Retoure erstattet wurde, wurden mir nochmal Versandkosten abgezogen, obwohl die Bestellung versandkostenfrei war. Ein Nachweis, wie sich die Versandkosten von Lasaky zusammensetzen, wurde nicht übermittelt. Dies sollte beachtet werden, bevor dort eine Bestellung getätigt wird. Ich werde dort jedenfalls nie wieder bestellen.

DON’T BUY FROM LASKAY!! I tried to return it and it cost more than the jacket I ordered… And then they didn’t even anwer to me.

Much like others on here I would run from this company. I wish I would have read reviews before ordering from this company. I paid almost $100 for “custom” over the knee boots in an ad on Pinterest. What arrived was shoes worse than the quality at Payless. After inquiring about a return I was offered three options. Keep and receive a 40% store credit, keep and receive a 25% refund, or return and ship on my own dime to Hong Kong! Nowhere is this listed on their site. Worst experience ever.

This site is a rip off, these things are over priced and cheaply made with boutique prices. They don't do refunds ,they give you half and it's store credit. Don't buy from these robbers!!!

Zero stars for Lasaky fashion, this company knows nothing about customer service. Nor do they give refunds for items that were paid for but never received. Lasaky fashion is not customer friendly or focused!!! I can’t believe they’re not writing their own reviews. Total scam and refuses to give my hard earned money back for an item I never received. Not to mention someone getting my credit card information and charging about $1k internationally right after my purchase. Very questionable, honestly, beware !!!!!

If I could give a zero, I would. I ordered a pair of wide legged, high waist dress pants. When I received the pants they were almost 2” shorter than advertised and the style of the pants was different than pictured (pants were bell bottom instead of wide legged). I immediately contacted the company to start a return and they me the run around, offering a certain percent refund to keep the pants or to return at my expense. I didn’t think this was right since they provided a product that was different than advertised. Don’t waste your money

Zero stars. DON’T ORDER FROM HERE. The company is in China and RETURNING IS A NIGHTMARE!! I bought 2 homecoming dresses for my daughter, paid $68.38. When they arrived they looked soooo cheap, super cheap quality. So we decided to return for a refund. The cost for return from U.S to China was $32 for shipping back to them, 1 month went by and still no refund. They said the dresses were in customs and I had to pay an additional $14.99 for customs duty fees⁉️ So now they will deduct that amount from my refund. At this point after paying for $68 worth of cheap dresses, I am only getting a $21 dollar refund. NEVER AGAIN‼️‼️‼️

I ordered a dress, and the quality was really bad. It did not look like the picture, and it was a little big. Apparently in order to return it I need to pay. They ended up giving me a credit (not even half of the price). I am trying to use it purchasing something else, but I am not able to apply the credit to the purchase because it is charging me for the shipping separately. I will end up spending more money on this than on a luxury dress :-(

been looking for a good denim jacket for ages and I finally fount it, this is it! The wash is perfect and it has just the right amount of stretch so it is comfy while still keeps you in shape.

I can't believe I feel for this scam. The product quality is appalling and massively overpriced. The returns process is ridiculously overcomplicated (you have to pay for shipment to China - not detailed on the website) in a deliberate attempt to get me to keep an item which cost £50, looks absolutely nothing like the image and probably cost less than £1 to produce.

J’ai payé 35 € de retour en Chine et, à ce jour, je n’ai toujours pas été remboursée. Publicité mensongère, fuyez cette marque !

Schlechte Qualität und sie machen kein Zurücksenden möglich. Man bekommt keine Erstattung. Die Bilde von Produkten sind deutlich anders als was geliefert wird.

I didn’t want to spend too much, but I still wanted something cute for an outing, and this store delivered. The dress is stylish, affordable, and doesn’t look cheap at all. I feel like I got more than what I paid for.

Low quality and they do not really offer returns. If you want to return an item you need to ship to CHINA. They do not list this on their return policy. You will not just get a return for what you buy. Would not recommend purchasing from this company.

After I finalized my order, I was asked to provide my ID number for shipping via email. I did. Then they stoped answering my emails. The product still has not been shipped yet, too although it says it will be shipped in one day.
I don’t trust anymore whether this brand is real or fake. Don’t purchase from them!
