Petty business is a turn off!
I have been ordering labels from this company for years and I told them I had some labels that weren't cut right and they said if I dont have pics of that they wouldn't and couldn't do anything for me. As if I would just make up something up like that. I had to alter all of the labels that didnt come off of the paper correctly because I had a order for juices. I couldnt just wait on replacements. That to me is bad business. They know damn well stuff like that happens. Certain things in business happens and I know damn well this has been reported from other customers. So trust and believe I will be using another label company soon.

Honestly
Honestly, I was expecting the usual online shopping chaos — wrong sizes, late deliveries, you know the drill. But nope! This place surprised me in the best way possible. Excellent after the sale support
Excellent after the sale support! I was unexpectedly called away, missed my delivery, and the order was returned to them. I had several missed shipments, and before I had a chance to reach out to them about the problem, Danny had already sent an email about the returned shipment and what Laser Inkjet Labels needed to do in order to get the labels to me. They have a customer for life.
