I've been going here for a good year and a half now for Electrolysis treatment.

Natasha and all of the girls are wonderful and incredible considerate. You are treated incredibly well and given plenty of options in terms of comfort.

I can’t recommend this clinic enough! Natasha has been doing my electrolysis and the results have been amazing.

I suffered with thick hair growth for 7 years caused by laser (Paradoxical Hypertrichosis). My hormones were checked and everything was normal, but the hair just kept getting worse and I spent so much money on laser treatments that didn’t work.

When I came to the clinic, Lucie explained what was happening and suggested electrolysis. After about 10 sessions with Natasha I’ve gone from thick, coarse hair to just peach fuzz.

Such a relief after years of dealing with it. Really grateful I found this clinic.

I’ve been going to Natasha for electrolysis since October of 2025, and she is absolutely brilliant. She’s incredibly friendly, puts you at ease straight away, and always makes the experience comfortable. Natasha works quickly but with great care, and you can really tell she knows what she’s doing . I developed thick hair after doing laser hair removal, which was an absolute nightmare and really knocked my confidence. Since seeing Natasha, my hair has become noticeably thinner now. I highly recommend ^^

I've been coming to Cypress Quay (and prev. Laser Lounge) for years now and I can't recommend them enough! Every member of staff is so easy to talk to and they make me feel so at ease, it's like coming to see friends now. My electrolysis is finally beginning to come to an end, and it seems like I will have to just start doing other treatments because I can't just stop going, it would feel like a breakup! Lucie has done amazing things with her business and it's gone from strength to strength. Treatments aren't cheap, but here you know you are getting quality work!

My 2nd visit to Cypress Quay and with Abbie. Had a electrolysis patch test on my head scalp first time around. All went well so booked again with Abbie. Heather at reception nice lady welcoming and helpful thanks. Abbie was with a trainee lady today friendly lady. Abbie was friendly and welcoming and chatty and funny and good at her job glad that I picked her to do my treatment and yes Abbie is still number one best name ahead of her trainee. If I get that cup of Coffee next time I will give you 6 stars. But I overall the staff are very friendly and helpful a Big thanks to you all. Thanks again from Mr Peter B. See you again soon.

Absolutely love coming to all my appointments, staff is great and had great results instantly. With electrolysis my hair has grown back much slower and thinner with each session, and it’s really helping with my pigmentation. Will definitely recommend and worth every penny.

I recently had an alumiermd chemical peel treatment at Cypress Quay, and it was outstanding. The treatment was painless, the staff were exceptionally professional and attentive. The clinic itself is wonderful, and I saw noticeable results immediately. My skin is glowing and incredibly soft. Thank you! I’ll definitely be returning for more treatments.

I have been coming to the Laser Lounge for the past six months for facial electrolysis as part of my gender transition. I have already seen great results and the service is excellent! I tried many places around Manchester for this treatment before finding Laser Lounge, and they were all worse and more expensive. Most importantly for me, I have found that the staff are very considerate and knowledgeable about the trans community; more than any other company I've used for my transition over the past few years.

I can’t recommend Laser Lounge enough. I have undergone laser sessions on my bikini, legs, arms and underarm and I am now totally hair free.

All the therapist are lovely and make you feel very comfortable. The equipment they use is absolutely the best and for me has given me the best results too.
