Excellent service, fast, efficient and supportive of our creative project. Allowed us to get a laser cut, stainless steel piece of artwork completed within budget and timescale. The Laser master team were helpful at every stage of the process. We were delighted with the outcome and I wouldn't hesitate to use them on a similar project in the future.

Very happy with my recent purchase from laser master. Linda handled my request from start to end and was quick to respond, polite, friendly and warm. Despite not saying what I wanted the metal for she somehow knew and guessed it and I was gobsmacked. It shows she’s not just doing admin and being wishy washy for quick turn over, she showed and interest and created dialogue. That is valuable in customer service and I wish other companies had such people leading the charge.

I'm blown away with the amazing service I have had from laser Master,
My first job was a custom cut logo, they nailed it perfectly.
My second job was custome cut keyrings, and before they even quoted me they tried to make them to see what would work,
After a tweek here and there they smashed it ! They then provided me with a quote.
I will definitely be using them again.

I needed a few small parts made, I contacted anywhere between 30-50 companies from laser cuts, 3d printing and hand making.

Only a few replied, but this company was amazing, Bo, who helped me, gave me details before I even confirmed the job and overall I'm very impressed with the service.

They said lead time was up to 2 weeks, I got it within a few days.

I am a independent consultant engineer working for the world’s largest maker of orthopaedic prosthetics (knee joints, hip replacements and fracture plates.
My job is to work with doctors to find new ways of improving the product and the machines that make them.
I find it all most imposable to believe some of the bad reviews that read about Lasermasters.
I have used them for some number of years now and have always found them to give a good and fast service, There laser cutting is the best I have seen.
I deal with Linda in sales she always replies to emails very quickly and keeps me informed of progress
We have had a few bumps on the way but nothing that has not being sorted out quickly and efficiently
We all make mistakes we would not be human if we didn’t.

If you are looking for Laser cutting Have no fears of using Lasermasters they are as good as you will find anywhere and at a good price

LaserMaster made a small stainless steel plate, which I glued onto the on/off button of my Neff stainless steel microwave ; the silver paint on the plastic button had worn to leave a messy white patch.
The on/off button now looks like new. The small plate was beautifully cut, with smooth edges and exactly matches the rest of the m/w oven.

Placed a small order online. Paid via paypal.
Then nothing. Phoned and was told it was in the post again nothing.Had to raise a paypal dispute to get my money back.
If you are not going to accept small orders say so on your quick order form.

Really, really bad experience.

Ooh just love this company. I have a hobby of making hardwood plinths for scale models. These all have LED lighting and need either an escutcheon for the 12v socket or something more elaborate for the USB charger and slide switch and so on which is then mounted on the edge of the hardwood plinth. I just couldn't find anything that would fit the bill but within hours Lasermaster provided me with a quote for some beautiful polished stainless steel plates, escutcheons and also rectangular ones to retain the lithium batteries. Emails are always answered quickly and orders finalised, good to go into production and delivered within days. Their charges are amazing. You can at extra cost even specify an urgent order and production run. I apologised to them as my orders are fairly low volume but again by email they informed me that this is what they do and they were happy to fulfil my order regardless of quantity. I cannot thank them enough as they have transformed my home hobby efforts into a fully finished product that looks fabulous. Well done and with my thanks.
