Let me start by saying the quality of lasers that come from this place are amazing and worth every penny, not only that it came in an ample amount of time not overly long SO AAA+ DEFINITELY A REPETITIVE PURCHASER HERE. That gets me to my final thought I purchased two lasers back to back literally one then two months later anther and the second laser I bought I expected it to be stronger than the first because it was the top of its kind the THOR ULTRA laser pointer 450nm blue 7000x1, and see the one before this one I bought was the one right under this same category but I put the two together and my first one is stronger, I tried contacting them and thus far haven’t received anything back so I’d say if anything they can get a little better at communicating so I hope this gets to them so they can contact me Zahnbk@ gmail so again size from that they do have amazing lasers a lot of sites sell this same laser with a trumped up name calling a lesser laser a new name and charging more all the while going through this place to get it im assuming so thank you for hearing me out and I hope to hear from you soon..

True miliwatts >3000 thank you, these lasers are not like The ones on The ali website

Laser works great only thing is the beam itself not a fixed point , it's bar shaped.

I bought the blue 500 mW pocket laser with the triple combination lens. I would give it a five star review, but the burning ability was shy of demos I had seen earlier. I checked the diode and after researching found that it had a mirror defect, common to blue lasers. Excellent housing and accessories, I would recommend checking lens options before purchase for beam/burn/efficiency specialties. Great value, perfect size, keep up the great work.

I ordered a 3w gold gatling laser and it arrived with both ends broke and now they are stuck and my expander. It cost me over £120 pounds aswell. I have contacted them and they keep asking thr status of the laser so I will be returning them all for my £300 back.

My laser pointer, which is 3000mw 450nm gatling laser pointer, arrived with a bent negative terminal spring and the soldering that is supposed to hold it in broke off so therefore, it doesn't work. How do I fix this? Should I send it back? That's going to be a lot of wasted time for shipping. All I wanted to do was have fun. Please get back to me. I was surprised that the laser beam did not come with a battery.Fortunately I had a spare one otherwise it would have been useless

I ordered a laser with a payment method I wanted to change to another method. They were extremely helpful and I got my order a week later. The lasers have great quality and are as powerful as advertised if not more powerful. I will definitely order from Laserpointerstore again.

Great laser pointer, took 23 days to ship

Laser arrived withing 3 weeks, so far so good, working and powerfull.

Less than 2 weeks delivery to Ireland and absolutely no issues with customs . The laser build is top quality and the beam is super bright (Definitely what was promised, and more ! ).
All my questions were promptly answered by Emily, who could not have been any more helpful

No battery. No instructions on what battery to use came w it

I orderd a laser powermeter [SWLPM] Tracer 20W Laser Power Meters - Sanwu Lasers 1 $339.00 on October the 27th of 2023 And I received an answer on the 2nd of December : Unfortunately, we still require at least 2 more weeks before we can ship out the final product, we are tuning the machine for production of the laser power meters currently.

More than a 2 and a half months later no reply on my e-mails and still no delivery.
On the 19th of January i've received the mail that they could'nt deliver and asked if the version with smart app instead of display version is ok. I agreed and lets hope I receive this soon.
On January 30th still no tracking code and no delivery after 96 days.!!!!! Very disapointing :(
