Quality products, service and comfort
Purchased 2 slim profile latex pillows and a Luxury Dunlop 8cm latex topper so far. Delighted with the quality and comfort. I am mainly a side sleeper and find these pillows ideal. Haven't had the topper long but am so glad I bought it. Would advise purchasers to check the weight of toppers and mattresses as they are heavy. I have found Latex Sense to be a good company whose communication and speed of delivery is first class.

Comfort & Support
I had tried a few mattresses but none worked for me due to my lower back problem and arthritis. I did a lot of research and found Latex Sense. But I wanted to test it before buying. I went to Southgate London store and the advisor was very good and patient. She let me try a variety of mattresses before I made a decision to buy a Dunlop 800 hybrid latex mattress. Since there was an option of returning the mattress if it didn't work I made the purchase. I am very happy with my mattress. I would recommend it to anyone.

Very happy with latex topper
Very quick delivery. Well packaged. Immediately felt the benefit of the topper mattress the first night. I had suffered a sore back with my tempur-pedic mattress (mistakenly purchased a too soft one) for several years but having paid so much money for it, was reluctant to get rid of it. However this solution of the latex topper mattress has made a huge difference. Very happy with product.

Our mattress and pillows are fantastic
Our mattress and pillows are fantastic. WE went with the Opulence latex mattress in King size. It's everything we had hoped it would be. Latex is an underrated material for mattresses - it keeps us really cool, is supremely comfortable and feels like you're sleeping on air. And the best part is they can last 15-20 years - and dont even break the bank to begin with. This shop is a hidden gem and I'm grateful they're in business because so many people are not aware of the greatness of a latex bed.

I bought the Shredded Natural Latex…
I bought the Shredded Natural Latex Pillow 70/40/17cm . As a side sleeper, I suffered from neck pain, along with aches on the side on which I sleep. This pillow is quite high and it took a week to get used to it. It has addresed my aches and pains from sleeping. I find the height of the pillow perfect for side sleeping and no longer need to double up on pillows under my head. It supports my head and neck appropriately while I sleep on my side. I am pleased with this product.

Excellent Quality, ensure appropriate firmness.
The Latex Sense mattresses are excellent quality and a healthy alternative to other types of materials and I would buy one again. Unfortunately having planned to buy a soft mattress I was recommended to go for the medium but as side/front sleeper I find the medium Bliss mattress doesn’t ‘give’ enough for my body so am not finding the mattress that comfortable. If I was still within the fifty days I would swap it for the soft version or upgrade to the Talalay Latex which apparently is better for pressure relief. Expensive mistake.

Dear Karen,
Thank you for your feedback. We truly appreciate you taking the time to share with us your views.
We are glad to hear that you appreciate the quality of our natural Latex Sense mattresses and the health benefits they provide.
We are sorry to learn that the medium Bliss Latex Mattress has not met your comfort expectations.
We strive to provide expert guidance, and our recommendations are based on individual needs, sleeping position, and weight.
However, having worked in the mattress industry for a long time, our past experiences with customers stated that comfort and firmness perception are highly subjective. What feels firm for one person may feel soft for another, and vice versa, and it is down to personal preference and sensitivity. The customer's personal preference determines the mattress's comfort level, which can also evolve over time.
Following your purchase of the medium Latex Opulence Mattress, you took the opportunity to visit our showroom. After trying, exploring, and comparing the range of soft mattresses, including the soft Bellagio Talalay Latex Mattress, you decided to exchange the medium Latex Opulence Mattress for the medium Latex Bliss Mattress. Therefore, you based your concrete decision on your personal experience.
We advise customers based on our field knowledge, but we will neither try to impose our opinions on them nor influence their decisions.
Thank you for your kind understanding and for giving us the opportunity to address your concerns.
If you ever have any queries or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out.
We sincerely appreciate your support!

Reduced back pain success!
Ordering was easy and straightforward. Payment was at time of order. The mattress arrived as promised and delivery to the required room and bed frame was also done.
Importantly, I needed a firm and supportive mattress to help with back pain caused by two trapped nerves and a slipped disc. This has made a very noticeable difference making the cost pale into insignificance for me. I have not ever paid this much for a mattress but it has delivered on its potential for me.

I recommend Latex Sense, quality and service at the highest level
I recommend the purchase to anyone who values quality.
The materials used for production are of the highest quality, I can say this with confidence because I have used 90% of mattresses from other leading companies and they are far from the quality offered by Latex Sense.
As for the comfort of using the mattress, it is an individual matter and certainly not everyone will like latex, but the company has also thought about such people and there are hybrids of latex and foam.
Sveta from customer service is the showcase of this company and I think that every company would dream of having such an employee.
