Latex Sense Reviews

Fast delivery - people helpful - very comfortable mattress (though not so easy to turn over - quite heavy)

UPDATE:
So I’ve now been sleeping on my new Latex Sense mattress for several weeks and I really must say that I’m delighted with this mattress. It’s so comfortable!! It fully supports without being too hard. It’s definitely making life easier with my back issues and my other half says they no longer feel pain in the hips and knee joints waking up in the morning. This is a truly great mattress and I’ve been telling everyone I know about the massive difference in switching to a Dunlopillo 500 Latex Sense mattress - so delighted in fact that I’ve ordered a second one for my niece. Go buy this!!

Great quality mattress – excellent customer service!
I am absolutely delighted with my purchase from Latex Sense.
The mattress is a Dunlop 500 natural Latex, king size 150 X 200 cm.

I have a spinal injury and had to buy an adjustable bed so that it could be raised to help ease the pain in my upper back.
Getting the bed was no problem at all, however, trying to select a suitable mattress from the millions of options that are out there was an absolute nightmare. I had done a lot of research and did not want a mattress with pocket springs. (the movement of the adjustable bed could break pocket springs)

Equally, I did not want a mattress with memory foam – which are well renowned for being much too hot for sleeping.
So I needed a quality firm foam mattress with a natural Latex top that was comfortable yet supportive but also needed to be flexible to be able to move with the adjustable bed settings.

I first tried to purchase the Latex Sense mattress through Amazon, however, this proved to be an absolute nightmare as Amazons website had a glitch and it messed up the order, resulting in me receiving the wrong size of mattress.

So once I realised that Latex Sense had their own website and it was possible to purchase directly, I contacted them to order the correct size of mattress.
I have to say that my customer experience of dealing directly with Latex Sense was absolutely excellent!
My first contact was with Teodor and he was so helpful, but the shop was busy and he promised to contact me back the next day, Sunday, and he did exactly that. Brilliant

lots of people nowadays promise to contact you back then never do but not with Latex Sense, Teodor was great and he helped me to place my order. Next I was contacted by Sveta, she needed to take my payment details and get everything sorted for dispatch and delivery. Again, excellent customer service as she is very helpful, very professional and for me – as a partially disabled person older in years– it’s not always possible to get people to take the time with me and get things right.
I am so impressed with Latex Sense as a company and also the quality of the mattress which arrived today.

Delivery to me for Latex Sense was not that easy as I live in Northern Ireland. Yes, we are part of the United Kingdom, but that little piece of ocean between UK mainland and UK Northern Ireland can cause so many problems in relation to Delivery. But not for Latex Sense! My mattress was packaged and dispatched on Monday afternoon, sent DHL Express, and arrived with me Thursday morning – fantastic!!

I really want to thank Teodor and Sveta at Latex Sense and also the guys at Yanis mattresses for providing an excellent product, excellent customer service and all at a really fair price.

I have attached some photos to this review showing the quality and make up of the mattress. I will now leave it for 24 hours to fully expand after the vacuum packaging and look forward to a great night sleep tomorrow evening.

I will update this review after a few nights sleeping on the mattress, but for now, I really want people to know that I am absolutely delighted with Latex Sense as a company and I want to highly recommend them.

Was expecting a much softer experience, how wrong was i.Theres no way it will go back in the box so lost 274 pounds just threw it away, so beware they are not soft

The service was easy to order, we had done our research and looked across the range of toppers wanting to be natural and healthy but to have good support. The product is nice in that it fitted easily and the cover makes it easy to clean. The only downside despite having the thicker latex , it still lacks the firmness we were looking for, it bounces back well but not sure it supports the hips, and back as much as we had hoped.

Great product - have purchased several latex pillows from Latex Sense always a good price and excellent quality.

I came to the shop in London to try out the mattresses after viewing them online. I was given as much time as I needed to try each mattress and all my questions were answered in detail - I left knowing I had chosen a mattress that was right for me.

My requests for delivery date adjustments were accommodated, and the delivery itself was great - the mattress was brought up to my flat and into my bedroom.

After having used it for 5 months, I can safely sat that the mattress itself is brilliant - having never slept on a latex mattress before I am definitely glad I made the switch from traditional/memory foam hybrid mattresses. I also purchased two latex pillows which are also nice, but not as game changing as the mattress itself.

Hello,Previous to buying one of Your latex mattresses Ihad a foam mattress.very hot at night even with a summer duvet on,Your mattresses are good for keeping cool and hold their shape good support on the edges

The mattress is excellent and very easy to manage it is also very comfortable to sleep on it is firm but not hard and we are very pleased with it

The whole experience buying a mattress, was stress free.
Very helpful and informative staff.we purchased a Premium Latex sense mattress.
From day one of receiving and using this, exceeded all expectations, pure luxury.
A very big thank you to all.
The delivery company was first class.

I highly recommend Latex Sense, you will receive exactly what is promised, a good quality product and the possibility of exchanging it for another model. I personally took advantage of this opportunity. My choice fell on Superior Latex Mattress, which did not fully convince me and I thought that the softer model would be better. Latex Sense replaced it as promised. Unfortunately, after only a few nights of sleeping on this soft mattress, I realized and felt that I needed a slightly firmer mattress. I was advised which models might meet my expectations and I decided to make another replacement, this time choosing the more traditional Vitality Latex Hybrid mattress. It was the perfect choice. This mattress gives me very good support and perfect comfort, I no longer feel pressure when sleeping on my side, my back and neck no longer hurt. A huge advantage are the natural and non-toxic materials from which my mattress is made. I also have the Super Comfort Dunlop Latex Pillow Slim Profile, which is also very comfortable, but for me it could be about 2 centimeters lower, then it would be perfect. I strongly recommend Latex Sense to everyone, great team and great service.

So this is second purchase fr Ron there. The product is excellent . I had had trouble with dpd saying they couldn’t deliver it and the company sorted it with Empire who qeee excellent deliverors . And the co pant threw in a free pillow for my pains ! Top notch product top notch delivery in the end.

I recently bought a ‘medium comfort feel’ Superdeluxe mattress from Latex Sense. It turned out to be too soft and I decided to return it under the 50 night trial guarantee. It was exchanged for a ‘firm comfort feel’ mattress, again a Superdeluxe one.
This unfortunately was slightly too firm and Sveta at Latex Sense recommended that I tried a medium 5cm thick talalay mattress topper. This proved to be the answer and I’m now delighted with our purchases.
Throughout the whole process Sveta was extremely helpful in every way. She was always keen to make sure that I was totally satisfied I had the correct comfort feel. Nothing was too much trouble for her.
I have also bought many Latex Sense pillows over the past few years ans have always been very happy with them.
.

Comfy pillow, arrived on time.

A huge thank you to Sveta who was excellent is helping us to find the perfect mattress and topper. Not only was she extremely knowedgable and informative, she was able to advise us effectively throughout. She is a true credit to your team.

Latex Sense is a great company . All items are exceptionally well made. Customer care and advice is impressive. I had previously bought 2 pillows and now a mattress Sooo comfortable !! I highly recommend this company..

I have bought 3 mattresses and i am very happy about the products.

It was good to find a company producing natural latex toppers as I couldn't find any in shops anywhere and there does not seem to be that many on the market compared to other types of toppers. Delivery was fairly quick with no problems as advertised.

Latex sense lived up to the expectations aroused by their website. An excellent product, reasonably priced and delivered on time.

Second time we ordered a mattress from Latexsense, and again, we love it. Reasonable price for a high quality mattress that is kind to my back.

The fourth latex mattress I have bought from this company over the last ten years - each one still as good as new. Widest choice of latex, best prices, most flexibility - all my mattresses have been cut to bespoke sizes. Very helpful and experienced staff. If you are considering latex, this is the place. I tried all the other options.
