The package I ordered was not delivered and on demand , they could do nothing. I never get my money back I paid via PayPal. Sorry, but this is NO GO

Compré una flauta de madera el 7 de noviembre de 2024. Me llegó rota el 15/11. Fijándome bien en las fotos de la web, de muy poca claridad, veo que la flauta que ofrecen ya la enviaron rota. En principio me piden fotos, y vueltas, achacando la rotura al transporte, que venia con protección y empaquetado inmejorables. Luego me piden fotos de la rotura. Después de no tener respuesta durante bastante tiempo, vuelvo a reclamar y me dan la opción de reembolso o de un vale para comprar en su web. El vale es para uso inmediato, el reembolso me dicen que tardará un mes hábil o más, dependiendo del sistema de pago (usé PayPal, que es inmediato). Habiendo comprado ya otra flauta en otra empresa, pido el reembolso, el cual me aseguran que queda procesado y emitido en ese momento (25/11/2024). Espero al dia 22 de enero de 2025, sin saber nada del reembolso, vuelvo a reclamar y les pido un justificante de que el mismo está realizado, para iniciar las reclamaciones pertinentes. Me contestan que se está comprobando el caso. Sin más respuesta, el dia 28 de enero me envía PayPal una notificación de reembolso de una cantidad inferior a la cobrada..Imagino que habrán descontado la comisión al propietario, el envío, o cualquier otro cargo, cosa que me causa una pérdida de mi dinero en torno a los 30€. En mi opinión, después de las molestias recibidas, las esperas, las angustias, y siendo un fallo enorme de su parte por enviar cosas inservibles, el importe deberia ser integro, y no con descuentos, que me son ajenos. Quede patente aqui mi queja, resaltando por otro lado el buen hacer de la persona que no creo que tenga ninguna culpa y que me atendió perfectamente como intermediario, con sus explicaciones, desde su Departamento de Atención al Cliente, Martina.

Me cobraron el producto sin habérmelo enviado,después me escriben que no tienen el producto y me dicen que me devuelven el dinero pero pasaron 10 días y nada

The website was easy to use. The product I received was the matching part I needed. It's working perfectly! It shipped quickly. I placed an order on a Thursday. Fedex picked up the package on the following Monday, just two business days later. I was able to track the package online, using the tracking number provided. It arrived on the original estimated day. I will order again without hesitation.

The only thing I would add is an email when the item ships. I was new to this website, ordering from another country. I did my best to confirm the website's legitimacy, but I had a lingering uncertainty following payment. I was waiting to receive a follow-up email, informing me that it shipped. I could then confirm on the shipper's website independently. I wondered if my money was gone for a few days, until it occurred to me to view my order on the store website, using the link in my purchase email. There I could view where the package was on its journey. Using the tracking number provided, I could independently confirm with the shipper that the package was in fact on its way. I was waiting for an email confirmation that it shipped, but I was already provided with enough information when I looked further.

Dicen que puedes comprar cualquier articulo de Mercado libre (cualquier país) pero luego en realidad te envían un correo diciendo que solo pueden de Argentina/Uruguay y Brasil cuando solicitas un producto de otro país, en mi caso Chile

Martketplace Facebook I saw that a Facebook page in Argentina was selling an Anibal Troilo vinyl record that was missing from my collection, so i purchase it via Latinafy. I just filled out a form and they listed on their site so I could order it from the US. I'll be heading back to Washington in a few months and I'm quite certain I'll use Latinafy again to buy more Argentine products for my collection

Volví hace unos días de Barcelona, en donde viví 3 años. Sólo los que vivimos afuera sabemos lo mucho que se extraña Argentina, y no sólo la comida, los mates y el dulce de leche. Cuando estaba allá compraba muchos productos de cuidado personal como Dermaglós o perfumes que no se consiguen en Europa. Seguramente en unos meses vuelva a vivir en alguna ciudad europea y sin dudas seguiré stockeandome con Latinafy.

Well-packaged. I've been traveling around asia for years and haven't found a perfume I like as much as Natura's Humor, so every two months I order from latinafy and I've never had any issues with the delivery. It always arrives well-packaged. There was just one delay once and I reached out to the guys, and they bumped up my order, thanks!

Great service. I'm a coin collector and found one on Mercado Libre Argentina. I knew about latinafy but had never used their service. I took a chance and ordered it through Latinafy, and they handled shipping it to London. I recommend using their site if you find something on Mercado Libre and you're not from Argentina

highly recommended My dad is Uruguayan but has been living in the USA for many years. He always says that what he misses the most is Dr. Selby cream (besides dulce de leche), so I sent him some creams via Latinafy, and he's super happy. I recommend it!

Its a good service. Relatively fast, considering how far you are from the country. I haven't tryied ordering specific products though, but Im guessing it would be mostly the same shipment time.
