I ordered an advent calendar, it took weeks to receive and once I received it USPS told me I had to pay an additional $8.35 to receive the package which we did pay. The item was damaged and Laughinks refund my original payment but not the additional $8.35 USPS had me pay at time of deliver. I have been writing to Laughinks for 6 weeks and no one is responding to my request for my refund of $8.35. I do not recommend this company, the item was nothing like they advertised and no one is getting back to me about the $8.35.

Had an awesome experience with laughinks.com! They replied to my emails super quickly and even made a small change to the design for me—turned out even better than I expected. Huge shoutout to the team

Expected delivery date was over two weeks from actual delivery. No longer needed the item, but was told they would not accept the return because it didn't fall under a valid reason for return in their return policy.

Inaccurate size guidelines on their site lead to items not fitting and not being returnable. It would have been nice to be at least offered a discount to purchase the correct size even if they couldn’t be returned, but nothing was done to help with the problem. The customer service was quick to respond and very polite though l, so I do appreciate that.

I received exactly what I ordered

I ordered a Christmas sweater for 45$ and my payment went through but they told me they did not receive the payment as they had an error in their system. If they had an error in their system that is not my fault and I should be eligible to a refund but they emailed me saying I have to apply for one through PayPal.I then said I could not apply for one and asked will I eventually receive a refund even if it takes time and they stopped responding to my email and ignored me. So becuase their system has an error that made me lose my money?

Please be assured that the order is not urgent as delivery will not be super fast, however any time I have asked about the order I have received a prompt response.

The shirt is very nice, I bought it according to the size chart and it fits me well.
