When we started to look at probate we had no idea were to start once we contacted Laurelo and spoke to Paul Baker he explained everything to us and kept us up to date on how things were going very helpful with all are questions would highly recommend them

I originally found Laurelo via Google. I contacted them and spoke to Michael Rowan who at all times was polite, listened to my concerns, and even though I hadn't yet agreed to take their service, did a bit of background work. What I also very much appreciated, was that i never felt pressured. When I eventually did take their service, a home visit was made by Chris Tumble. Again, I was treated with respect and compassion. The process was explained to me and a contact number was left in the event I had any further questions. Probate was granted a few months later. I would definitely use this company again.

We hired Chris Rumble to help us with probate this year and we couldn't of hired a better person for the job!
As you can imagine it was a very sad time and chris was patient and understanding and took us through all the paperwork very slowly so we could understand everything!!

We recently had Chris Rumble from Laurelo managing probate when mum suddenly passed away. Chris was extremely knowledgeable and always kept us updated with the progress. His communication was excellent and he always got back to us when he said he would. He spent a long time with my stepdad, explaining everything step by step, then communicated everything to us by email. It made this unfamiliar process seamless and we would like to pass our personal thanks onto Chris. We would highly recommend Laurelo and it certainly alleviated the stress of probate for the whole family.

I cannot recommend this company enough. I found the number of laurelo probate in the bereavement booklet at the hospital when my beautiful dad passed away. Being lost and trying to process things is hard enough but I had no idea where to start with probate. The company were amazing. I live in the United States and when my mother passed away, aside from being grief stricken, I was at a complete loss as to how I was going to handle her estate as I didn’t live in the U.K. The solicitor who prepared her will referred me to Laurelo.
I worked with both Paul Radcliffe and Paul Baker who were both absolutely wonderful and reassuring. They were also really easy to work with and the communication was excellent. Emails were answered immediately. Everything was handled in an extremely timely manner from the Grant of Probate to the completion of the sale of my mother’s house. Paul was amazing he did our probate application . Our mum passed away and left a Will but some organisations “Metro Bank” and others made us go through what would have been a very stressful and challenging time. Paul was very supportive and professional.
