Ordered a wedding dress for my daughter when it come the underskirt was more pink then a natural colour and the zip was broke its been a absolute nightmare trying to get it resolved it took 6 days just to get a return address and was then told if they didn't have it back in 14 days no refund so obviously its too china so that's never going to happen the customer service is zero if a could rate this company 0 I would they offered me 50% cash refund as of yet I have yet to see this money and have had no correspondence from the emails I have sent I paid by PayPal makes no difference makes you wonder how they are even allowed to have PayPal as a payment method DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ITS A SCAM I will be writing this review on every site I can how they getting away with it is beyond me.

I’ve recently bought a dress from this site dress is lovely but to small and yes I did measure with this site guide I’ve tried a few ways to contact them with no response very disappointing customer service I’ve been let down would not recommend this site

Laveliya operates under a .co.uk website, but returns are sent overseas at your own expense — something not clearly stated before purchase. I was quoted £22 to return a £76 dress to China after already paying £19 delivery.

I was offered 50% to keep it instead of a fair return option, and when I declined, my emails stopped being answered.

Very disappointing experience. Check the returns process carefully before ordering.

they will not refund you the site is a scam they will only partial refund you. My wedding dress arrived in a tiny package or creased and stuff into a bag it was nothing like the picture on the website. The address they send from is in China. Please be carful I would defo not use them ever again

My wife bought a dress as per this ref . This was a special day , daughter wedding on 11/08/25 (Mother of the bride) . When it arrived it was not the same colour , very different , poor finish and over sized .
When she phoned, customer service was so bad . She was asked to take her body pictures with tape measure around , which really made her uncomfortable and humiliated or harassed . Just because she wanted a replacement or refund .
I would advise anybody looking for a special day dress not to use this shop . They won’t refund you or accept returns . My wife if so stressed due to the fact she wasted her money and no one is will to help her .
Please don’t waste your time with their customer service.

I love this dress! It's so pretty, and I was pleasantly surprised by how fashion the style is.

This is pretty nice, but I think getting a custom size is the way to go - the split was a little big for me.

Do not buy from Laveliya UK. The prom dress differed from the picture on the website - in reality, the bust had thick beige sponge curling over the top of cheap nylon lace with loose threads. Unwearable. Their "customer service" is email only and exists as a barrier, not a service. Laveliya will not facilitate any kind of help or refund for faulty items. I will never use them again.

Ordered a dress on Saturday 5th April 2025. Didn’t get a confirmation email. Luckily, I took a screenshot of the order being accepted so had a copy of the order number.
I’ve been trying to contact the company via their website but it keeps saying:
“Unable to submit your request. Please, try again later”.
Emailed them three times directly, still no response. Checked my credit card and payment has been taken. Not impressed with customer service. Going to process a chargeback through my credit card company and go back to hellymoon who I ordered from before, who, have a chat option, and got back to me within 20 minutes when I had a query.

My future wife ordered a wedding dress from this company on the 3rd March 2025,
When the dress arrived it was a completely different dress then advertised also too small even thou my partner wears a size 12.we then emailed the company regarding this issue and they couldn’t be more unhelpful, asking why we would want to return this item,they were even asking for pictures of my partners body with tape measure around which she didn’t feel comfortable in doing, without this info they have refused a refund,the dress which was delivered also had no labels on it and stuffed into a small plastic bag.my partner has tried to contact them twice since with no response at all,I would strongly advise anyone if u are looking for a wedding dress do not use this company,doesn’t even deserve a 1 star rating,as u can imagine my partner is heartbroken as can not afford another dress now.

Ordered a dress as advertised for a size 16, dress arrived when I unwrapped it the style was slightly different to the photo's. Also I was unable to get it on, it was to tight and had to stop at my knees, so I tried putting it over my head with the same result. This dress was more like a petite 14, my other UK bought clothes vary between size 14 & 16 depending on style. Avoid this site as they also flout UK consumer rights and avoid trying to give you a full refund. They are based in China.

Size UK12 fits me perfectly except for the length, but I didn't want to go for a custom size. I reached out to customer service before ordering, and they adjusted the length for free. I'm really happy with their help!

I'm a fat figure and hard to buy a suitable dress usually. Recently I bought a custom-size dress from Laveliya. The measurements were spot on, and the colour suited me so well. I'll shop here again.
