I ordered a shirt for my husband for father's day. It took 4 weeks to arrive. When it arrived, they had sent me the total wrong product. I emailed them as it says to do on the website, wanting to return my item for a full refurn. Here is the email I recieved after they initially offered me a 30% in store credit. Hello,

Under no circumstances is this a company you want to purchase anything from!

A review follow-up. I tried to raise a dispute with my bank, but Mastercard will only review your dispute if you attempt to send your 'purchases' back. I strongly suspect this is why these scammers actually send absolute rubbish out rather than simply take our money - they can maintain the artifice of being a store, and companies like Mastercard simply won't pursue them. I obviously won't be conned out of more money by paying to post anything back to China, or have circles run around me by these complete con artists.
It would be incredibly straightforward for Mastercard to determine this operation is a scam and recompense and safeguard their customers, but if they did I guess they'd have to settle these disputes, which is not in their interest.. sigh.

They’ve now ignoring my emails for a refund and returns label!!! Please do not shop with these people they are dishonest and there behaviour is shocking

If I could give zero stars I would. Quality of the product was so poor and it took ages to deliver. I have also contacted customer service about returning and no response.

The quality of the product is awful and the trousers were almost see-through.

I received the same responses from the retailer when trying to seek a return as per other trust pilot reviews below.

The concept including websites are great however products and service including 3 week delivery time are unacceptable!

Scam site. Quality dire and poorly presented - shorts were half inside out. They won’t arrange a return. I’m going to report the site as it is obviously a con.

When the product finally arrived the quality was laughable. Terrible material and loose threads everywhere.

Avoid at all costs

Took weeks to arrive and it the product looked different from the website.
All their emails are AI-generated, and they won't give a refund, instead offering store credit, which is the biggest insult. I told them I would never spend any more money on their site and that it is, without a doubt, the worst retailer I've ever used.

Terrible the worst company I have ever purchased from!! They are a scam company who buy their goods from China and then won’t give you a refund. I purchased 2 pairs of shoes the same to see which would fit as it said refunds were not a problem!! I wanted to keep the smaller size which fits and return the others BUT this is impossible and after several emails and proof and photos etc they asked for they said if I wanted a refund I would have to send them back to CHINA!! As you can imagine the posting cost would be extortionate!!

My order took 3weeks to come and when it did, looked nothing like what I ordered and wasn’t even Linen, 1st time I’ve been scammed ,after reading the comment now, I’m not even gonna waste my time asking for a refund. £62 down the drain.

What a scam of a company do not order from them fake pictures received nothing like what i ordered very poor quality website is actually fake with ai pictures. I really wish i read the reviews before ordering as its all true. Stay away from this company guys

J'ai procédé à la commande d'un T shirt. Article reçu rapidement mais quelle déception !! Un tissu de mauvaise qualité, la couleur nullement comparable à celle présentée sur le site. Mais le pire la présence d'un défaut de teinte avec une immense partie auréolée blanchâtre sur le devant du T shirt. Cet article au prix de 28,95 € (sans les frais de port) est une pure arnaque. J'ai adressé plusieurs courriers, plusieurs photos qui justifient mon mécontentement et ma bonne foi. Toujours la même réponse, ils refusent d'admettre l'évidence, et ne constatent aucune anomalie pourtant flagrantes sur les photos envoyées.
Alors n'accordez aucune confiance à ce site frauduleux, tout juste bon à encaisser votre paiement, pour le reste n'attendez rien,
A fuir et surtout ne pas hésiter à mettre les consommateurs en garde s'ils ne veulent pas perdre leur argent.
Je pense à mes 2 petits de 2 ans et 4 ans qui se réjouissaient d'offrir ce présent à leur papou. Quelle honte d'abuser à ce point des acheteurs. Ces personnes n'ont aucun scrupule pour arnaquer.

Terrible service. I wanted to return a product and I have emailed them twice but no response! The sizes are all wrong. I know my chest size so ordering the shirt I wanted shouldn't have been a problem. However, they sent me a smaller size and I can't get in touch with them.

What a shame 😢 I didn't read the reviews before ordering my bracelet. The description advises it has a snap shut closing mechanism but this doesn't work and continously falls off my wrist!
I have emailed them twice and no response.

Scammers !!!!
Fake website with fake products. The images shown in the website are good enough for you to fall for their trap. The product you then receive is not even worth the penny, they are fake, lowest quality. They will refuse to refund your money.

Complete rip off. Uses images of items that aren’t anywhere near what comes. Cheap Chinese products and also sent me the wrong size.
