Take money never ships and doesn’t respond no matter what method you use to contact them

I would give zero stars if there was hat option. As previously stated, I ordered some stuff, they took the money, never posted them, they didn't actually have the items in stock.

They just kept my money, no respponse, absolutely nothing. What can I actually do if they don't respond, Ive messaged via instagram, the website chat, email, nothing.

Lost a fair bit of money, what can yoi do? It is what it is, gotta learn and mive on.

If someone can learn from my mistakes and avoid being scammed/robbed, I guess that'll be goo, i'll be happy then.

Avoid, there's plenty of other websites, good luck

Such a scam site placed an order 2 months ago first time it got shipped after 2 weeks waited around 3 weeks didnt received it they took it back. Contacted them they told me something went wrong with shipping sure thing I told them I want a refund they didn’t give me so he said I will reship it I said fine do it now I am still waiting 2 weeks after nothing has been shipped tried to contact them through live chat and emails no response. Scammers..

This company is extremely unprofessional. I placed my order over 3 months ago and I haven’t received the products. This company hasn’t returned any of my emails inquiring about my order, despite 4 emails.

This company hasn’t returned any of my emails inquiring about my order.Update- spoke to someone on 3/3 and they apologized and said they would get my order out. Called twice and left two voicemails and emails. Still no product.

I've ordered a hookah for myself while I was visiting the US. Put an order on the site and indicated Ukrainian billing address and a shipping address in Austin, Texas, where I planned to stay for 2 weeks. I've made a payment little bit upfront to receive it right after I arrive. The first bell rang when the tracking number I've received indicated that the hookah made it way to New York. From California.
I've called by the number provided on the site, but nobody picked up. So I wrote an email indicating that something is wrong and with a request to call me back. The guy called back later, I explained the situation and he said that it is probably gone to Ukraine and promised me to ship another one to shipping address soon. Which never happened.
I was trying to reach him multiple times during next days. Most of the time there's nobody on the phone and he kept ignoring my emails. Finally I reached him and asked what is the problem. He said that it's a shipping company issue and he'll send it to me right after he receives it back. Seems he has forgotten about his promise. I was disappointed, but agreed on that.
During all that time USPS was indicating that the postage left New York and on the way to its destination. I didn't know the final destination, though, and there's no way to check it on the USPS site. A week days after that when shipment arrived on a land I've found out that the tracking number was completely irrelevant since the postage arrived to Kazakhstan and was addressed to completely different person. I started to call him again. He said that he'll ship another one to Ukraine tomorrow. I agreed. I didn't receive any tracking number the next day or the day after. I was unable to reach him during these 3 days.
Lucky for me I paid with PayPal instead of a credit card. So I opened a dispute. The same day seller made a refund and closed dispute without a single word back.
