This "company" is straight out of hell. Their entire team is astronomically incompetent with an emphasis on the 'as,' citing manny as the undisputed worst. Unlike other reviews experienced, they didn't take the money and ghost me, instead I had the severe displeasure of attempting to "work" with them.

They come across as grounded nice people at first with an overwhelming number of glowing reviews (that must be fake). We cold called several website owners that supposedly worked with them who said good things. And yet, they quickly became the biggest point of ongoing stress, shear anger, and financial loss in our business and personal life. It's a wonder I didn't smash a hole in my wall after every encounter with them. RUN.

Every single round of revisions created entirely new extraordinarily avoidable problems that consistently fell below even the most basic standards of professionalism. Most concerning was their complete lack of effort to understand our industry-- not subjective design disagreements, factual errors displayed on our informational website.

Hundreds of dollars worth of our own staff time spent revising their work, manny had the nerve to say 'no client in the history of their company had ever required as many edits.' That statement delusionally ignores the reality that the overhwelming majority of those edits existed becaise their team repeatedly introduced new mistakes instead of fixing previously identified ones. This is truly only the tip of the ice berg of reasons why these guys were a nightmare.

In the end, we desperately needed a new web designer to take over who confirmed that these guys used the most basic possible template and idenfitifed numerous backend issues that needed to be corrected before the site could function properly.
Unwilling to apologise or take accountability, the only compensation offered was $35. !!! . Our own billable time spent correcting their mistakes exceeded that amount many times over. Not to mention the stress....

Incorrect content used... basic directions f*ed up... missed meetings...lost revisions....unbelievably poor communicate... ZERO accountability.... Contact me if you need additional information.

Perfect design

They are scammers and continue to contact me despite asking that they not contact me.
They call on weekends and evenings.
They robbed me when I originally hired them over 5 years ago.

I paid over $4000 for a website, which they delivered and it was very nice. But then the calls start coming in for more money. They hold your site hostage and shut it down whenever they want and they tell you you need to pay $400, $999, $1500 for web hosting, wordpress, secured server and on and one and on. It is never ending. And at this point once you are in for 6k-7k you feel stuck. I just happened to google our website by random right now and what do you know, it is down and I have prepaid for 5 years of hosting so what will their excuse be now? This is what they do to you so run don't walk, as fast as you can away from La Web Experts. Look at this amazing site that can't be reached that I have paid nearly 7k for. W W W.EubanksAirInc. Com

They are a rip off. La web experts only design logos and make informative main pages. They continuously change managers and companies and never complete the work. They always have an excuse why they need to change the completion date and when excuses run out they change managers. They refuse to provide a refund and they also attempt to hold you hostage wasting time. I sued them and they never come to court or accept serving of court documents. Don’t hire them, go somewhere else.

We hired LA Webexperts for an ad-on page in April 2022. They KNEW FROM THE BEGINNING what open source content management system our website is on, and THEY KNEW what we wanted: the scope was crystal clear! We were told that they gladly create the ad-on page.

With a sudden leave of the project manager, (who knows what happened) we experienced nothing but stalling tactics, promises that were not kept, lousy work (list of changes neatly outlined, EVERY TIME with some changes NOT done. Some had to be pointed out nearly a dozen times!). They demonstrated ZERO customer service. Suddenly, all answers we got were “No”, “Not possible”, or “can’t do it". No further assistance, no solution oriented customer service: NOTHING! In fact, we got the strong feeling that we’re a tumor and we need to go away…

As we’re not web developers, we offered suggestions after suggestions, putting a lot of thoughts and time into it - all we got was “No”, “Not possible”, and “can’t do it”.
It reached the tipping point when we called and asked for a supervisor (although a call from a supervisor was promised the week prior and nothing happened): We talked to a guy who introduced himself as David Frost. We could not even finish explaining, when we were rudely interrupted, accusing us for not listening.

We got comments like: “I don’t know how to explain this to you as you’re a woman” (twice!), “You don’t understand” and “you are not listening” “you created the mess, it’s your website”… and so on. We were grasping for air - as we were not prepared for such a hostile conversation - we again were interrupted by David saying “oh! so you think this is funny! So you’re laughing!” while we had absolutely NOTHING to laugh about!

Not enough: As we pointed out that this project is going nowhere since f-ing 8 months, we were lectured in the most disrespectful way like a 5-year old. Dear reader, please understand that at some point even we get impatient and say enough is enough: for a project that under professional circumstances would take a couple of weeks - here we are 8 months later with nothing but a mess and a total unusable page!

We very well understand that WordPress has certain limitations; however, when we get the feeling that unless we pay more nothing happens, and the mess on the site is justified due to WordPress “limitations", and that will give LA Webexperts the right to treat us in such a hostile way: there is a problem. And by the way: WordPress has many advantages, but one truly needs to master this interface!

We asked for our money back and rather than finding solutions, accusations against us kept being uttered and ZERO solutions were offered. Finally, WE HAD TO COME UP with the next step by asking for a developer who would take the time to sit on a call with us and go through workable and usable solutions. We have not heard back on when that would happen although the coming Friday or the following Monday was promised.

From this point on forward we have no choice than to hire legal aid and use any consumer reporting department there is to get our full amount back and warn folks: the only things LA Webexperts did is steal our money, create a mess, along with a hostile misconduct beyond words.

Stay away from them! It’s not worth it.

LA Web Experts are a scam. Please do not work with them. The good reviews you are seeing here are probably fake. They start of nice web design and begin to pressure you to buy features. When you pay for these features - VPN, logo, SEO, etc. they do not deliver. They never gave me access to my account on their host server and have not updated my website since March 2022. The WordPress plugins are outdated and they have cancelled the All-in-One WP migration feature so that I cannot migrate my WP site. As I update this review, my webpage has disappeared. All the phone numbers and emails they communicated with my business before are no longer working; we get "no longer in service" and "email cannot be found." They will bounce you from "manager" to "manager" telling you the previous person has been promoted or gone on vacation, and finally cut you off. I was able to trace them through the credit card payments I made and they are also doing business as SMART SOLUTIONS, Smart Start Up Solution, 6539 North Kedzie Avenue, Chicago, IL 60645, and qtechnologies. I reported them to BBB but they could not find a physical location to serve them. Eventually, I was able to get some of my money back but the disruption they are causing to my business is irreparable. Report them to your credit card vendors to recover payments for services not received. If you are speaking with Zohrabano, Syedhasanaqeel, Alex Kutz, Benjamin Smith, David Anderson, Eric Murphy, Mike Mason, Dale Evans, Peter Williams, then take your business needs elsewhere immediately. It is really unfortunate because they seem to be rather talented. The fraud they are perpetuating is unnecessary and harmful.

I have to say I had doubts at first but the end result of my new website is amazing. The work and details and animation, layout, functionality is far more than I expected. LAweb Experts are what they say they are “EXPERTS” at what they do. I’m so glad that I used them and will again! Trust the process, perfection make diamonds.

I can be a very challenging person to work with as I am quite demanding in my standards and expectations.
Edward rose to the challenge and has gone above and beyond in the construction and coordination of the website.
I would gladly recommend him and LA Web Experts to others for their website construction.

Horrible experience! I have pay them $1100 for a website package with unlimited revisions promised by Peter Williams 1st Project Manager. Anter I paid $ 600 to develop my website, few days after, they call me asking me for $ 300 to start working on the website , four months went by and no web site. This year a new Proj. Mrg. called me (Mike Mason), staying that he was going to take care of the design issues. Once the web site was partially completed, he requested more money to upload the website. I paid $200 for this. After a lot calls and complaints, the website went life for 3 weeks. There after it died. Since them I've been calling, texting and emailing Mike Mason to solve the issue, without success.

12/08/2022 Update

Right after I file the present review, Jason with Phone Number 510 542-0019 from LAwebexperts, asked me to contact him to sort the issue out.
The only thing I requested from Jason was to provide me with my website design I had pay for. after few calls, Jason stayed that he wasn't able to locate such files, and the only way out was to pay again for the website design, If I greed to this payment, they offered me a $ 100 discount.
Of course, I didn't complied with this new request for money, I explained to Jason that since LAWebexperts, lost the file, the least I was hopping for, was for they to re-do the website at no charge.
They closed the issue on their end the claimed that was the best LAwebexperts could do for me.

I strongly suggest everyone NOT TO DO BUSINESS with LAwebexperts, you will loose your money.

Excellent service from Mike Mason in designing business logo.

Mike Mason reached out to me and explained he would be the person helping me out through my package process which entailed my logo letterhead pamphlet envelopes and email signature. He helped me and was very prompt about responding and helped with anything I needed. The only reason why I rated a 4 was because I didn't know I had to pay an additional fee for my logo to be registered. Although for this misunderstanding I was offered free business cards which was appreciated but I don't care for surprises when money is involved.

UPDATE:
Since my previous post below in January 2022, LA Webexperts have not improved. Although they say I should contact their billing department below, they have disconnected all their phone numbers and emails and I am not able to reach them. They eventually got started on the SEO I had paid for but did not finish. They did not correct my logo which had some issues when uploading to social media (so I have not been able to develop that aspect of my business) and the worst of all - THEY HAVE DISABLED MY WORDPRESS ALL IN ONE MIGRATION access so I cannot access my site for continuation. They never even gave me an account on their server even though I have paid for 2 years, dedicated hosting service! Basically, they've taken my business online presence hostage! None of the "managers" and "compliance" contacts I worked with in the short span of 5 months exist. Either they were "promoted" or "went on vacation." It's very unfortunate that they are scamming us, because I believe they are rather talented and could make a legitimate profit for their services. They also go by Smart Start Up Solution and QTechnologies. LA Web Experts, if you are reading this, please do what I paid you to do. Update my plugins on the WP site and enable the All-in-One migrate so I can take my site elsewhere. I also need my account access to your servers because I have paid you for 2 two years. Your behavior is wrong.

My experience with LA Web Experts started out rather well in September 2021 and turned south once they realized I was a little knowledgeable about basic web site building and I declined every additional "package" and feature they tried to sell me. I currently have paid invoices with listed features which they still have not delivered. I have started managing the admin dashboard myself because they are doing a poor job and charge for "text edits." Everyone you speak to will tell you "I have just been promoted" yet their customer relations is questionable. For the whole month of December they ignored emails, phone calls, VM and texts, and even disconnected their main phone number without notice. They only responded this January when I emailed asking for a New Year splash and promptly quoted me prices. After 3 months of going live, I am still not searchable online and am therefore planning on performing my own Google Index because they either do not know how to do it, don't understand its importance or just don't care. I have been told twice in the past 4 months that my assigned PM went on vacation suddenly. Erm, so in the meantime what happens to my business ops?Really? Please look elsewhere if you value your business continuity. I do not recommend LA Web Experts, especially David Anderson and Peter Williams (they also have the weirdest names, that should have tipped me off.) Find a more legit service.

David was really good. It took a while for him to get the vision, but he stayed totally committed to the revisions (there were many!), and his frequency of communication was excellent. Overall great service for the money. I would use this team again.

Had a great experience with Mike Mason and Peter Williams. They are fast and provide quality services. They designed my logo and I am looking forward to get a website design from them.

The project manager Mike Mason and developers have done a very good job in managing this project. It was easy to communicate with Mike and he conveyed my ideas and comments to developer. Overall the team did a fantastic work in redesigning my website.

I called LAWebExperts because I needed a website built for my business. They explain the process of getting it done everyone, which was more complicated they I originally thought. I wanted something that would give my company a professional look so that my clients would fell comfortable work with me and my new business. I was given project manager his name is David Anderson and everything they did was on time and well done from the logo, hosting and the website. I would highly recommend LAWebExperts. They are creative, responsive and fast, they did a great job for me
