When my mum passed away, as named executors, my sister and myself decided to pass all documents to a solicitor rather than attempting to do any of the probate ourselves. As her will was written by Lawson-West they were our obvious choice. This proved to be a prudent move as there were multiple issues that needed addressing.
Our case was referred to Rebecca Boulter who turned out to be a god send. She referred all issues to the relevant department who all kept us up dated at all stages. Without Rebecca and all of her colleagues in various departments at Lawson-West we would never have managed this ourselves
I can`t thank Rebecca and her colleagues at Lawson-West enough for everything they have done.

Sejal was very responsive to my case dealt with things in a swift and timely manner getting the best result for my situation. Could not fault their service.

We have recently finalised my late mother’s estate.
Rebecca Boulter was the solicitor dealing with the estate. Rebecca was always available to explain anything we were not sure about. She was professional always polite and easy to talk to.
Nothing was to much trouble and she made us feel at ease during a very difficult time.
Contact with Rebecca whether by email or telephone were always dealt with quickly.
I would highly recommend Lawson and West and would definitely use them again in the future should I ever need advice.

The service we recieved could not have been worse there was little to no communication to the point where we were sending emails and calling multiple times a day and charlotte was always conveniently in a meeting or out with another client or on holiday at one point for two weeks, on one occasion we asked to speak to her manager and she was suddenly available straight away, she lied to my partner about what i had said to her regarding dates i was unavailable, they also refused to work on any documents concurrently despite allegedly just waiting for replies/ documents from the sellers solicitors (claims which also clashed with what our estate agent told us) this drew out what we were promised would last 8-12 weeks to it not being resolved after 16 weeks, i strongly recommend that you go else where for help buying property this experience has left me and my partner 3 grand poorer without the house we trying to purchase and very bitter at our customer service

i was represented Sejal for my employment matter. It was clear from the beginning she had my interests at heart and listened and understood my case fully. it's not an easy journey running an employment tribunal, but Sejal and Nelaksha made that process feel much more manageable, as the closer it got to the final hearing the more things were needed and it became clear the work I thought I had done was very little vrs the last few weeks (stressful) . I'd not really considered much more about Lawson-West after they'd dropped me and partially reimbursed my fees I'd paid upfront after one of their partners left following my initial virtual interview with her. Until today, when I received an unwarranted commercial email from them, I'd not signed up for. As I was deleting it, I spotted the name of the partner under the picture of the partner that had done the Teams call with me... not the person that I'd been interviewed by. All very odd... so the partner had already left, and a different partner had assumed her persona to carry out the work ! Worrying !

They have helped us so much along the way even though we didn't always make it easy for them.
