How meta is allowing to run adds for these scammers

This is a completely fake website. Beware,beware,beware...It only do scams. It happened with me too. No luxury samples sent, only perfumed water that smelled like shit in 5 cheap mini plastic roll-on bottles. I dont know how r they able to put adds on platforms like facebook,etc. after performing such scams and getting such bad reviews? It should be banned immediately.

I placed an order with Layered Luxury for two sets (10 bottles total) of their Mystery Luxury Miniatures Pack, along with one Dior sample.
However, the package I received contained only 4 random cheap bottles and 1 sampler. The items were poorly packed in bubble wrap, not in the gift box shown in their advertising, and two bottles were leaking on arrival.
Despite providing photos and explaining the issue clearly, the brand responded by saying that dissatisfaction due to “personal preference” is not refundable — even though this is not a preference issue at all. It is a wrong, damaged, and incomplete order, which falls under their own refund/replacement policy.
This was meant to be a Christmas gift for my daughters, and the experience has been extremely disappointing.

They are totally fraud ..i waste my 500 rupees ..they don't have any customer support..they are fake

I had an absolutely terrible experience. They do not send the products you actually order. Instead, they ship random, useless items and then completely ignore customer complaints. Their customer care email is unresponsive and provides no support.
They are openly scamming customers, especially those with prepaid orders by taking the money and sending worthless products in return. This is unacceptable and extremely disappointing.
I would never recommend Layered Luxury Beauty to anyone. Save your money and avoid this fraudulent brand!

Complete scam. What I received is absolutely unacceptable.
I ordered the 5-piece miniature perfume set after seeing their highly polished, convincing ads — and what they delivered is nothing short of fraudulent.

The package contained tiny, cheap plastic bottles, half-filled with an overpoweringly sweet, unpleasant liquid. The bottles were dirty, poorly sealed, and leaking, creating a horrible smell throughout the parcel.

This is outright misrepresentation. Their advertisements are completely misleading and deceptive.
Stay away from this seller — and never trust their ads. They are designed to fool customers.

I ordered miniature perfumes ... Scam scam scam ...I got some nonsense... Some cheap 10 rupees plastic bottles with the worst smelling liquid in it ....

Worst perfume... Received empty bottles also the packaging is worst... Please don't waste money ...

I ordered a skincare product from Layered Luxury on 23 Nov 2025.
The product delivered was completely misrepresented:
• wrong packaging
• hand-pasted label
• no batch number, barcode, or manufacturer details
• “30 Days Money Back Guarantee” printed but not honoured
• no return option anywhere on their website

I emailed the merchant immediately, attaching photos and video evidence.
No reply, no acknowledgement.

After this, I discovered dozens of similar complaints from other customers who also received wrong or fake products.

Google Pay support reviewed my case and advised escalation because the merchant is unresponsive.

This post is to warn other customers and request the merchant to resolve the issue.

I ordered 2 sets of perfumes. I am suppose to be get 10 nos. However. I got only 5 nos, the bottles are emptied, the condition was very bad and have were opened too .. It is not same as what they advertise .. team does not support on any of the emails concerns which we raise but only send their standard replies .. I dont understand if I am asking something rocket science or they dont understand a basic maths..

If team is not attending the matter, I shall complaint.

I am extremely disappointed with my order from Layered Luxury. I paid around more than ₹700 and did not receive any of the products I actually ordered. The only things delivered to me were the free samples, which is completely unacceptable.

This feels like a scam, and I want this issue resolved immediately. Please either send the correct products I paid for or issue a full refund at the earliest. If this is not addressed promptly, I will be forced to escalate the matter further.

This website is completely a scam.. I ordered 345 cream at 799 and I received a very cheap quality product. And there is no return option in the website. I emailed for the return also but no response from them..Don't trust and don't buy from this website.

This company is a complete scam and sells fake products. Do not buy anything from them! Their customer support is terrible — they don’t listen or take any responsibility. I sent them over 30 emails with clear pictures showing the damaged and incorrect product, but they just keep sending the same automated reply every time. The item I received was not as advertised, and they refuse to issue a refund. Stay away from this company!

I ordered perfumes worth over ₹1000 from this website Layered Lux Beauty, and what I received was absolutely unacceptable. The bottles were completely empty, in terrible condition, and clearly not what was advertised. This feels like a scam.
Not only was I overcharged, but the product quality was non-existent. I demand a full refund immediately and expect the company to take responsibility for this fraudulent service.
Avoid this site at all costs unless you want to waste your money and deal with frustration.
This is not just poor service; it borders on fraudulent. I demand the following actions immediately:
1. Full refund of the amount paid.
2. A call back from your team to resolve this issue.
If I do not receive a resolution within 48 hours, I will be forced to escalate this matter through consumer complaint channels and social media.
