Great delivery time within the time limit they say. They keep you informed all the way thru the process, and everything when opened was there and no marks or dings . It was a little difficult to start with to put together on the first piece but after that it was breeze. Thank you

The return policy
The return policy. Customer service made it as difficult as possible. Furniture is beautiful though. My correct couch, that I had to purchase as you would not exchange it, is taking forever to get here.

We have already sent you a new couch package on April 13th. The new couch package is expected to be delivered on April 18th. Great customer service
I ordered a patio set with sofa, 2 chairs and firepit and when I received it the firepit was missing. I assume the delivery person simply forgot to take it off the truck because it said that it had been delivered. I contacted the customer service and they immediately sent a replacement at no charge. That's not always the case with online companies but you can order with confidence that Layinsun will make sure you are happy with your order.
