Why is my chip burned??? I wanted good time with movie and stuff but my chip is burn

lays never stop surprisine me with new flavours developed, cool...not a surpise they are so popular all around the world..
i like that use real potations, not some artifical additions or corn or some wheat ingredients added..pure potatoes
however my gf said that their cooking oil has been changed to some new one, that is not so good🤷‍♂️idk, to me all is fine...

I just found out that Lay's has been using palm oil for years, which has a significant impact on health!

Lays is good in taste cause it satisfies our taste budes but they add a lots of palm oil not which is not good for health I am 16 years old but still I have this much sense that palm oil is not good for health and this is the reason I do suggest to not to eat palm oil to my friends and family members I just want that they should not add this much palm oil cause lots of people are not going to notice

The large bags of Limon chips have been burnt for the last few months. We've purchased six bags over a few months, the most recent purchase was this week. All of them are burned and inedible. When the bag is opened, the scent of burnt chips is very strong. Many of the chips are dark brown and the rest are all burnt to varying degrees. Not one that can be eaten because they all taste burnt. Total waste of money. Stop overcooking and burning the chips. How is it passing quality control? You cannot keep selling this to the public. We've purchased Limon chips for years and this has never happened until this year.

It's very unfortunate however Lays potato chips used to be the best ship ever. Not anymore for the last 6 years or so I have never purchased one bag that was majority whole chips. The chips are always crunched up, burnt small pieces and just no longer delicious. After the last few bags that I purchased this month May 2024 I think I'm going to stop eating Lay's chips. I am so disappointed in the quality of the chip, Why can't we get whole chips instead of a bag full of broken crunched chips. Lay's really need to do better with there qualitative products. Every time I open a bag I get disappointed. When I'm in the store I'm praying that I actually get a bag of chips that are whole once opened. Very unhappy customer and will no longer be purchasing anymore Lays potato chips moving forward.
