I can feel the difference in my stomach!!! This is my second week taking it.

It's only been about a week so it's not a fair trial, but so far I feel as if I've lost some weight and have good energy. I have had other health issues going on, and wonder whether any of the herbs/flavinoids might be high in oxylates, which tend to trigger these other issues. Don't print my response until I do more research, but I am continuing with the dose and taking calcium to deal with the oxylate issue. Thanks for asking, I'd like to reply again in a week or two.

I do like the boost however it keeps me awake until 3-4 :00 in the morning

I was hospitalized with pneumonia & AFIB back in August, 2019. All these months I have never able to get my health & energy back to the levels it had been.

Your shipping cannot be beat. It was here in two days!!! I can see the results. It helps keep hunger at bay as your body is burning fat. Very helpful for people in long hour jobs with few breaks.

Initially, while using ACTIVE-PK, my body reacted well. I did adjust the quantity and timing of taking the product, for the best results. Now, after taking it three weeks, I have lost 7 pounds. I have been more physically active, which helped also.

Doc. I started active pk to lose my belly fat. I'v lost what I believe is water weight--which is good. I've lost about 3 pounds, but when do the fat cells shrink? I'm now on my second bottle.

Other benefits are my bladder seem stronger and my complexion is clearer.

I feel better and can tell a difference, I think. I plan to continue through my six bottles and likely after that, too. I don't see a big change in my waist size but I feel slimmer. The capsules don't taste bad. A noticeable change in bowel habits makes me feel like I'm cleansing more. I might feel more progress if I exercised more and do what I can.
