AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
We were over promised and under delivered immediately.
Spoke to will initially who promised us a certain amount of leads at a reasonable price within two days.
The team were eager to get us to pay and as soon as we paid everything changed.
We recieved 2 leads from them over a whole week at 45 a lead after paying over 1000 pounds.
we subsequently cancelled our contract with them as it is a weekly rolling contract and were promised a refund of the outstanding balance that hadn't been spent.
We've been ignored so far and all further attempts at communication are either being ignored or blocked.
Our next step is to take this to the financial ombudsman if we dont hear anything further .

Thank you for your feedback and we can only apologise that you feel that the campaign did not deliver based against your goals/KPIS. We do believe you had regular calls (out of work hours also with both sales and account management) to help get your campaign started from your initial call on Friday, to receiving leads on the Monday. There was an integration issue (and a bank holiday) which meant that Tuesday the campaign needed to be worked on and the campaign was launched by Wednesday.
We did hold our hand up and apologise for the delay and offered some leads free of charge. Subsequently, the campaign needed a day or two to learn so initial lead volume was lower. Out of the 3 leads that were generated, 1 was converted into an appointment, 1 unable to contact and 1 lead with no feedback (33% appointment rate). We did get feedback from your team asking for more of the same due to the quality. However, due to no leads being produced on that day (Thursday) we were told to switch off the campaign on Friday morning – two days after launching which was unfortunate as the campaign had started to settle and producing some leads that had started to convert. We provided a refund, less the amount that had already been spent on your ad campaign.

They have generated me endless leads for heat pumps and I will be continuing to work with them. I would recommend their renewable leads as I have had great success.

DO NOT Waste your Money! Lead Pronto 1 Star
I called their office looking for a quick quote for their leads pricing, such a simple request and the person I spoke to made it difficult.. Was rude and not very patient...
Maybe instead of complaining about Trustpilot's review management I see commented on other negative reviews here, Lead Pronto should learn to manage their valid criticism more appropriately.
Both Google & Trustpilot have negative reviews they are trying to cover up.
We definitely will NOT be using Lead Pronto Ltd for our lead generation.

My sales team are constantly telling me to purchase more pronto leads. We launched a solar campaign with Pronto at the start of year and I've increased budgets with them every month so far. The results and ROI speaks for itself.

A Young Team Showing Lack of Experience.
Called their office a few times and finally got a call back 1 week later and spoke to a consultant (Young Kid) who sounded like he had no clue about the market or willing to listen to what I was saying...
Upon further research it looks like most of their team is a bunch of younger aged teenagers working for this agency to be fair... It showed on the phone call with the lack of experience.
Age is not an issue if you take time to understand your potential clients businesses needs, however I just felt like based on this discovery phone call they would struggle to get a hold of the campaign properly and be able to adapt when needed.

As to your ‘further research’, we are not quite sure where you have been looking for further information about our company and would suggest you are way off the mark. We have no idea of the basis upon which you are making any of these statements. We don’t have any teenagers working at Pronto and our team is highly experienced with many successful campaigns and highly satisfied customers.
What you are stating seems to be sweeping generalisations not backed up with any relevant examples, and our suspicion is that this is just a fake review, especially given it is your very first and only review on Trustpilot.
As always, we are always keen to help genuine customers, so if you are able to provide us with more specific information, we are more than willing to look into this for you. We have previously asked for more information from you via Trustpilot but you did not reply within the timeframe, which only reinforces our belief that this is a malicious review with no foundation on reality.
