I did not realize I would be charged every two weeks when I signed up and after explaining this the escallation team offered to refund me the charges.

I was pleased with the service and the items that is offered! I will be purchasing more in the future.

They helped me cancel my account they did great job.

The help from the support was appreciated and helpful and I’m glad to be able to get my money back

Its an okay app just didn’t need to be auto recharged and billed for an app i dont use frequently.

I’m still a little upset because you told me that you canceled my account and you charged me another $36 on my credit card on July 8. Why did you do that?

Good customer service

They where very understanding and patient.

I purchased a product through Facebook and found out that I had not purchased what I thought it was. I called customer support and explained my situation and concern and showed them proof of my purchase (I was a victim of a scam ) I am going to be reimbursed what I paid for they care about their customers.Thank you so much for helping me out.

I understand that I was scammed but they made a debit without my consent and they do not give me the refund they write to you saying to delete the reviews saying that they will give you the. Refund but they just lie.
When they no longer look at my comment will be when they already gave me my refund

I did not get the product I initially signed up for. My account was then "modified" and I was subsequently charged two more times, even though I read the fine print and made sure that the recurring charges box was NOT selected. Apparently, that did not matter as I was charged the additional 2 fees. The 2 additional fees were ultimately reversed after I filed a dispute with my credit card company and contacted the merchant to lodge a complaint.

La verdad no sabia que estaba suscrito a esto solo note el cobro en mi cuenta y me puse a investigar, graciaa por aceptae la camcelacipn de la membresia y el rembolso muy buena atención de sus muchachos gracias.
