I joined Career Comeback Hub in April'26. While religiously following the structured framework, I realised within 2 weeks that if I need to take a leap in my journey, I have to join the Diamond Hive, the cream of CCH. With the excellent guidance, systems and apps of Satyam Khandelwal, our Career Coach, I was able to get a breakthrough in less than 2 months after I joined. CCH's holistic approach and highly structured sessions like Leadership Council Calls, Monday Manthans, Momentum Sessions, Success Stories, GenAI Meet-ups, Bootcamps and Hackathons, Team-building activities encourage the women in the community to focus on career growth as well as mindset. Unique, well-planned and theme-based Comeback Champions Retreats(CCRs) at exceptional locations also give us women in the community to look forward to Reclaim, Reinvent and Rise(the themes of the last three CCRs). Looking back, I am glad that I made the decision to be part of such a wholesome and growth-oriented community.

When I look at myself three months ago and compare that version of me with who I am today, the change is immense. And it goes far beyond professional reskilling.

The way Satyam Sir conducts every session is remarkable. There is so much thought behind the structure, the questions, the challenges, and even those little nudges that push us beyond our comfort zones. The *Code of Honour*, the growth mindset, the discipline of setting deadlines, and moving from overthinking into action have slowly become part of my everyday life.

And the live calls? They never feel like another commitment or burden. The motivation to attend comes naturally. **It has become a way of life.** Something I genuinely look forward to.

Today, I cannot imagine my life without CCH and the incredible women who are part of it.

Three months ago, I was trying to find my way back into the professional world. Today, I am not only learning new technologies and executing projects, but also discovering my confidence, leadership, resilience, and the courage to try things I once thought were beyond me.

I think this is one of the best courses that I have registered for. This is a place where all aspects of the roadmap to your goal are taken care of right from goal setting, Upskilling, Tools for progress, constant guidance and openness for opinions. The most valuable and important thing about this program is the structure. The structure is very intelligently weaven for progress, consistency and success.

It has been a month and I am already getting inspired by the success stories form fellow warriors, which is pushing me to go beyond my comfort zone and strive for more.I will be diligently following the process and in the near future I will definitely come back here and post about my success story as others.

CCH platform is well designed for Career comeback women. It has sessions designed through the week with planned bootcamps which keeps you uplifted, motivating you to achieve your target goals.

This is waste of money in my experience. The masterclass seems very misleading and provides hope that they will assist and guide individually in your career restart journey but after spending thousands on getting subscription its only forum where no one reached out to me or neither i received any personal guidance. ChatGPT or gemini like tools helped much more in free of charge. It pains that we waste money in things like this when you are already unemployed. so bad.

The Career Comeback Hub is a great place to develop in all aspects of our life, we gain clarity, confidence, mindset shift, accountability, a supportive community, Gen AI bootcamps where we learn on tools and build AI based projects.
