I am incredibly grateful for the support and guidance I received from LearnSignal, which played a crucial role in helping me successfully pass the ACCA APM exam in December 2024. This paper is known for its tough pass rate, and after three previous attempts where I narrowly missed passing through self-study, I was unsure if I would ever overcome the challenge.

THIS IS MY FIRST TIME OF USING THIS PROVIDER AND AT FIRST I THOUGHT IT WAS TOO EASY COMPARED TO OTHER PROVIDERS GIVEN THE FACT THAT THE CONTENTS WERE EASY TO UNDERSTAND AND MADE MY STUDY PROGRESS LOOK VERY EASY WITH TIME, TO THE POINT I HAD TO REACH OUT TO ONE OF THE ADMINS ON WHATSAPP TO REALLY GET SOME AMOUNT OF CONFIDENCE AS TO WHETHER ONE CAN PULL OFF THIS EXAM WITH JUST THE USE OF LEARNSIGNAL.

The videos learnsignal provided for the lectures were well summarized.They help u understand each topics and the question practices was paramount.About a week for my exam one of the lecturers reached out and asked about my weaknesses and was able to give me some tips which worked.

-12 CPD fraud detection course has a bug: I was forced to go back to 33% completion several times when I paused the course with 46%, 50%, 56% and e.t.c.

Everything is going well so far. I signed up for my next ACCA exam. I'm really happy. I am working with their study planner and it is helping me pace my study.

I am using Learn signal for CIMA. I have passed my E1 exam using Learn signal and preparing for F1. Team of learn signal is very dedicated and they make sure that their students are well supported in all aspects.

Poor customer service, quick to take your money but offer no assistance in resolving problem's, would not recommend using learn signal!
I had cancelled my membership earlier in the year prior to renewal, however, in October I was again charged £199 for another year of subscription. I had initially requested to cancel my subscription from the "my account" options. It stated that it was then pending cancellation. Fast forward two and a half weeks and the cancellation is still pending. I then used the chat function to request an update on my case and provided my email address. I am yet still to hear back. I have called the UK telephone which no longer is valid, and when ringing the Dublin number, I get no answer.
It has now been 6 weeks and I am still £199 worse off and no luck in getting a response from Learn Signal team.
