Very disappointing.
I've been working for more than a year, and since the account manager left everything went wrong.
Delays in deliveries, overcharged invoices, they've sent different things to what we've ordered several times and tried to get paid for it, did not collect tools after they were off hire and then 5 months later asked us to prove they were off hire. Luckily, I keep full record.

Great company ! Very responsive, the office staff are anwesome and their drivers are always polite !!

Hired a boom lift for replacing car park lights at a hotel in Reading. The staff are great nothing they won’t do for you. Will be using them again.

Do not use this company. Hired a MEWP, repeatedly asked that it would be delivered as early as possible. Was told that it would be here around 0900. After many many phone calls, it eventually arrived at 1500. Being winter, this meant about an hour of useful light. They tried to say they would give me 50% off the next order. The whole thing (lost business, paying sub contractors etc) has cost me around £1,000. They then tried to charge me for collection and delivery. Finally they agreed to a full refund which took nearly a month to arrive.

We required the movement of 2 pods at Pitlandie Wood Lodges. We had contacted local companies who attended site but refused the job due to the tight manoeuvres involved. We contacted Leasium and Tony successfully hired Galt Transport and the very experienced Gerry who made this happen today. Pods are now sited, thank you very much, we are thrilled.
