The worst company I have ever dealt with. I ordered a Leather Jacket getting on for 1 year ago. Initially it got lost in the post, which I do not believe. When the jacket finally arrived it was a very very very poor copy of the jacket I had ordered and bore no resemblance to what I had ordered. I sent the Jack back which I found out had to go to India “I thought I was buying from the Uk. Costing was over £28. The came back tails about my refund saying they had changed their accounts department and couldn’t refund me. At this point I was reluctant to offer my bank details again because I did not know who I was dealing with. I have tried to send emails but they bounce back. These people are just robbing con men and do not even deserve 1 star
As a footnote this company seem to have several names if you check it out the website is the same for all the fantom companies. Etsy should investigate and remove all their fantoms. I will never buy from Etsy again

Warning! The sweater I ordered never arrived, and customer service ignored all my attempts to reach them. I never got my money back. In short – the site is a scam, and you will be deceived if you order. I’ve reported it to both the police and the bank.

I'm giving 1 star because it doesn't accept ZERO stars! Bastards, they have stolen $89 for a sweatshirt never received. Better, I should have paid an additional $50 to receive it, without this being disclosed when I ordered it. I wrote to them, and for months they mocked me, telling me I'd receive a credit when the package arrived in the US (but it was actually from the United Arab Emirates). I'll look for a way to take legal action. THIEVES, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM; THIS IS A SITE THAT SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.

Do not use this site, it is a scam. Customer service number does not work no dial tone and no response from email. Items of poor quality and material. You will be disappointed!

Returns charged 25% fee, $25 retrospective shipping charge, and consumers have to cover the expense of sending the item back to the US.
