Excellent response from customer service team when experiencing shipping issues.

The ordering and delivery of the bike was simple and efficient. The bike was well packaged and received in very good condition. I am very pleased with my XP4!

Ordered two bikes, one had a shipping label created then was not shipping, the other shipped a week later and arrived promptly. I had to call to find out what happened to the other bike and was notified a week later it will be two more weeks before it is shipped. Not to happy with the order and shipping delays and the need for me to realize there was an issue before corrected and shipped delayed for and additional two weeks, with the overall purchase taking a month to receive, $3,000 is a lot of money to spend and wait a month for your purchase.

Bike arrived in great shape and was easy to get up and running. Bike frame is definitely heavy duty / well built. The hydraulic brakes stop very well. I did have to opt for a comfort seat instead of the stock one. One thing I would like to see is an offset /backset seat post to move the seat a few inches back. All in all very satisfied.

Lectric customer service and the you-tube promotion were very helpful in my decision making. I was very impressed with the level of patience and kindness I received from Colby and Rebeca when I called with a few questions. As for the bike itself, my new X-Peak 2 High Step Long Range is everything I wanted in a bike at a very reasonable price. I've only had it for 5 days but, I have plans to use it a lot this summer.

We love our new bikes. They are very well built, smooth ride only downfall the seats not the best but the best bike I’ve ever owned.

have 2 older models and they are great , upgraded to xp4 ( is really a down grade ) the old throttle on grip is a lot better than the new thumb push lever , when u push it in half way it pulses where as the old throttle would maintain a perfect constant speed , so when riding with my wife who is lighter and would always go a little faster (both on same bikes ) i could ride even with her , and now speed control sucks , i also feel quality has gone down hill all the screws keep falling off push button on off switch , the new bigger better front light can't hold it own weight and constantly falls down , new pedals which come off (i loved at first ) are a pain in the but as dirt gets in them and they are either difficult to get on or just fall off randomly , the new charging port is kind of a pain as it has to be lined up in the right direction or it won't go in as the old one would just push in , it didn't have a certain way to go in , i would give the xp3 5 stars but the xp 4 is a downgrade

Easy to build

Speedy service. Received my second bike within a week and a half. Had a questionnaire emailed after receiving the bike if I had any problems. Also receive information on handling the first ride. Nice customer service hope it continues.

I am 75 years old and haven't rode a bike for for years. My daughter bought a tri fom you. I enjoyed riding it. I decided try the bike. I have rode it about 50 miles a week ,and reply enjoyed it.

Just what we wanted in a e-bikes we will use them at home and on vacations

Love my bike can pretty much assembled which was great. My boyfriend bought the white one which came with all the same parts but wasn’t assembled. It was really difficult putting all the parts on. Should have come with some instructions

Everything about the company is great. I’m not sure if the company itself has anything to do with the shipment but the only complaint I have is the shipment. Sometimes you get orders with different parts sent to you completely different days. Some parts come early some parts take weeks, but other than that I’m just anxious to have the part because I wanna enjoy it already because the product is amazing

Received XPLite2 (two) eBikes four days from order. Wow! Both look awesome! Great promo with free upgrades (headlight, seat, heavy duty front & rear baskets).

This bike has been amazing. It's super powerful and I almost never need it past level 2 in the city. It's easy to ride and control, and functions very easily without much work on your part. I ordered it when the add-ons came included which seems to add significant weight to the bike which might be the only downside if you have to lift it to get anywhere. I keep it in our house and need to lift if up 1 step to get it outside and it's doable, but very heavy.

My only negative comment is the communication regarding delivery and other notices. From day one fedex and Lectric said I would receive the bike on such and such date. I planned my schedule to be home. Lo and behold my wife gets home on the day before and the bike is laying on the ground (on the side that says do not lay flat). When I got home I was all excited and carefully opened the package. The next day - the day the bike was supposed to arrive - I get a text with a link describing the correct way to open the package!
But as we say - alls well that ends well. I giggle every time I bike up a hill!!!
