Ordered a few things from them and will be placing more orders again, Delivery is always pretty quick and the customer service has been amazing in sorting out cancelling an order as well as answering questions to make sure the items work with each other.

“ Spider Farmer “ Ledgrowstore was amazingly efficient.
They took the order and at all times kept me well informed of its tracking progress , to its final destination, my home address .
My initial attempt was a complete disaster when using the actual suppliers , where by they took my money and in doing so invited me to use their parcel shop , that was not accepted at Argos Sainsbury’s.
Their parcel was apparently returned . They then asked for another five pounds to deliver it to my home .
After complaining to PayPal , I was told they had refunded my money and the case against them should be cancelled. I ignored this to be later refunded by Pay Pal which was just as well as they had lied once again about there fictitious payment . At this stage I nearly gave up ,until I found your company , Ledgrow store . Many thanks

The lamp is excellent! I’m very happy with it, and my tomatoes took to it immediately. I use this lamp in an open grow box; you have to keep in mind that it heats up the air in an enclosed space by at least 20 degrees—so if anyone tries to use it in a sealed grow box, your plants will be done for.🤪

The LED Grow Store offers by far the best and stealthiest personalized customer service I have thus far been privileged to enjoy with any online vendor.

My request was unusual, to say the least. I wanted my grow lights to be posted to me during a very brief stay at a UK hotel. I also insisted that the package did not bear any indication of its content or its origin.

Three days into my short stay in that hotel, two boxes containing four Spider Farm grow lights materialized on the front desk of the hotel. Suspicious of the content, hotel staff summoned the police, who gave those packages the once-over before leaving without asking me for an explanation, which I had ready just in case.

James, if you are reading this, I can only add that you are, without question, The Man, with all rights and privileges implied. Those boxes later made it past customs in the Third World Equatorial backwater where I reside, and it would be an understatement to say I am massively relieved that this dicey feat was pulled off without a hitch, thanks to your military-level discretion.

James at ledgrowstore is an absolute beast! I bought a light from these guys in 2014, had some good use from it but unfortunately it started to only run at around 25% power. Luckily it came with a 3 year warranty. I emailed James explaining the situation on thursday and I had a new one delivered on Monday. Could not recommend this company more, I will definitely be using them to purchase anything else i may need in the future. Best customer experience ive had with any company across any industry. Blooming brilliant!!

Initially, I was less than impressed at not being informed that an item was out of stock when ordering. The communication from that point forward was excellent, and it became clear that the company values its customers and has a very customer-centric approach. I won't hesitate to order from this company again.
