Material is as advertised at a very reasonable price. It just took over a month to get it... though that is what was indicated when ordered so it is not a "problem", just would be nice to have faster shipping.

Had issues with shipping beyond their control, but they more than made up for it. Thank you.

Only had them a few weeks. Installed them on my boat. Have not had a chance to use them as of yet but they are bright. Just hope they last longer than my last ones.

We use a lot of 5630 Nature White LEDs. My orders are shipped quickly and are delivered in just a few says using express shipping. One order got lost in shipping (not express shipping.) LEDLIGHTSWORLD replaced the order and offered me the a 50% discount on the lost shipment if it arrived (which it eventually did.)

The LED lights that I ordered were good and work great! I was disappointed with the tariff charge I received on one of my orders. Like most costumers, hidden fees are not good.

I wished they had a technical support that could help you size the lights for the area I was trying to light. The lights I chose by trial and error work but I felt I could have done better. Now I am changing the angles on the lights so I can receive the most effective lighting for the designated area.

With better tech support, a consumer would more confident to purchase more and better understand on how to install them. Overall their product is good and efficient.

These led lights are realy good value for the money, The packin could have been better as the tubes were loose inside the box.

My order shipped the day after I ordered it. There was a delay getting through customs, but I did get exactly what I ordered and it worked great.

Bought some ir led lights on sept 30th 2014. I paid by PayPal the same day and time of the order. They said they shipped 8 days later. They sent the slowest, cheapest way to ship a package. It was a small package. It did take 45 days to get them. I left a review a week ago but they filed a complaint about my review and I had to rewrite this review. They emailed me and said they did not know why it took so long and would refund my money. Maybe this was just a freak chance in shipping. They did give me a refund as of today November 23 2014. I feel they should have use a better shipping rate to decrease the time it takes to received my package.

I started my relationship with LEDLights.com by email on approximately march 2014. Ethan responded with information I requested and that began a 41 email relationship lasting until Oct 2014.
