Poor, ordered from this company. Shoes have arrived, awful quality and gold not beige as ordered. No paper work in the bag so took a bit of time to locate their details. Have emailed for a refund within their 30 days so will see if they honour it

Incorrect item sent, expected to post to china at my cost, would not stand over the returns policy on website. Terrible customer service. Would strongly advise to NOT use this company.

Just heard back from Leexic and like many other SCAM Companies I have been offered 50% refund to keep the plastic sandals that were purchased as Suede. I can only get a full refund if I pay for the postage to send back to China which would be more than the sandals. DO NOT shop with this Company. Otherwise it is lost money and stress.

I ordered a dress from this website, when it arrived it was significantly different from the dress on the website. Clearly a knock off. Very poor quality material, detailing completely different and not the correct size either. Don’t purchase from this website. The quality does not justify the price.

I wish I had read Trustpilot comments before ordering from this company. The information on the website is misleading. I ordered trousers which when came were poor quality and did not fit. I requested returns details. I have just had a message asking me to return them to an address in China not Holland or England as per website. I will cut my losses and keep these trousers although no use to me at all.

Please anyone reading this don't be fooled. Do not use this company.

I have purchased a dress which is completely different from the one showed in the photo. The refund T&C on their website states that the return shipping cost is free but they ask me to send the dress back to an address in China and sustain the cost of it.

SCAM- STAY CLEAR

Does not reply to emails, order nowhere in sight. All positive reviews are from people who have only done a single review which could also suggest they’re fake reviews.

Beware this is a scam website using someone’s home address as their “warehouse”. They are also using another business’s details in the Netherlands as their HQ

Ordered 2 jumpers, delivery took forever and finally I only received 1 jumper still awaiting the other. Customer service disgusting, just keep getting emails with delaying tactics. To date I have paid for 2 jumpers and only received one.

Update 2) 23/05/26: After many emails going back and forward to 'Emma', Leexic's supposedly 'customer care' operative, Leexic are refusing to pay for the cost of returning the faulty dress they sold to me! This is a contravention of consumer rights law in the UK.
They state on their website, under the 'Frequently asked questions' heading; that if an item is faulty Leexic will cover the return cost.
This is a lie, they have so far blatantly refused to comply with their own terms and conditions on THEIR website.
I will continue to contact them and will update accordingly. Absolutely don't buy anything from Leexic if my experience is anything to go by, they are fraudulent.
Update 1: So the dress eventually arrived, it looked nothing like that advertised, the pattern was much larger, the material was cheap nylon, it hung like a sack and had a small hole in the seam under the arm. Upon requesting a return for these reasons I received an email from Leexic with an address in CHINA to return the item to at my own (very expensive) cost despite the fact I had informed them of the reasons for my return. I have emailed them back pointing out again that as the dress was not as advertised and faulty it is their responsibility to pay for return postage to China. That is a Consumer rights regulation in GB. I await their response and will update this review accordingly.

I ordered a dress from this company 3 weeks ago and have not received it, nor has it been processed.
Their website purports to be Netherlands based, however, following further investigation I believe it is a Chinese based company...I believe it is a scam. I have contacted Leexic and their response didn't address my questions. Prior to my purchase I referred to Trustpilot for reviews and they seemed to be legitimate so I went ahead with the purchase. Following my experience i have re-read the reviews, I have my doubts as to the authenticity of them, the reference to 'pants' when referring to trousers seems a little odd to me? Anyway regardless of that I have paid for an item that I have not received and because of that I would advise anyone reading this not to purchase from Leexic. I will update this posting as to the outcome of this purchase.

I ordered 2 items nearly 3 weeks ago and still waiting for the delivery of one of the items. I tried contacting them on email, phone and Instagram. There was no response at all, I'm still waiting.
The item received was not as expected and quite different from the pictures on their website. I requested a return but they haven't replied to my email yet.
I'm starting to feel it's a fake company and I'm being conned. Really disappointed!

I was already looking to purchase some linen pants for the upcoming season. Then I came across them on IG. I love the Vanja shorts. I think I will wear that a lot upcoming season

Ordered the Vanja Linen Shorts and it looks better than I thought! I really love the green color and also the shipping was pretty fast.
