I was extremely disappointed with this hair concealer. Unfortunately, it did not do what it was advertised to do and failed to provide the coverage and results I expected. Despite following the instructions carefully, the product simply didn't perform as promised.

What made the experience even worse was the customer service. My concerns were not handled professionally, and it was extremely difficult to get any meaningful support or resolution. The responses I received were unhelpful, leaving me feeling like my feedback and concerns were not valued.

Overall, I cannot recommend this product based on both its poor performance and the disappointing level of customer service. I expected much better from the company and will not be purchasing from them again.

Fortunately I used a credit card and gratefully my financial institution recovered my expenses.

Impossible to contact them. Their phone number and the email are not working. This is for sure a scam. I need to find a way to contact them.

This is a SCAM. After 4 months my product still hasn’t arrived. Been talking to customer care which btw is the worst I ever saw with no avail. Asked for refund and was ignored again. Now, it looks like the email address I was communicating to it’s not functioning and the email won’t be delivered.

Trustpilot you are just as bad as this scam of a company , when they answer a review it’s the same generic reply that anybody who has done an unfavourable review gets , six months these scammers have been messing me about aided and abetted with Trustpilot , I got an email telling me they are still looking into my situation some six months later , it’s nonsense and you are nonchalant in allowing them a platform to rip people off , they still have my money and I have the wrong product the wrong colour which they have agreed with , but six months still getting nowhere with these con artists .

SCAM. First, they sent me the wrong colour, then told me to try the different shade (based on my answers, they said they sent me a more suitable shade). I followed the instructions - massage it in, wait 30 mins, then rinse. This is just gunk that sits on your head then washes straight out. I tried waiting a bit longer, too, but it just rinses right out. I asked for a refund via email and they said they'd pass it to some other department or "formally escalated and remains under internal review" even though the website promises 30-days risk free, since customers can get a no-questions-asked refund. When I followed up my emails are returned as "undeliverable" meaning they probably blocked me to avoid a refund. STAY AWAY.

Fraud company, even when you try return the unused product they lie and say its under review.. this has been ongoing for 3 months with me... avoid them

Rubbish service, they keep attempting to take payment and won’t allow the cancellation of the subscription which was set up without my confirmation - have requested they cancelled my subscription a number of time and they said they can’t - stay clear shocking service

Trustpilot you do know by giving Lefron a a platform to look like a professional company providing a service you are complicit and aiding and abetting people getting ripped off , I don’t believe you care or follow up and the issues raised in your platform , please confirm , will you take up issues with Lefron on behalf of the people who have written reviews, again please confirm.

I would give ZERO or even negative stars. Absolute scam! Don’t waste your money. You will be shipped a different product from China which costs a fraction of the price and they will claim it’s the same product in a different packaging. No refunds and will email with same bs all the time.

Una estafa en toda regla!!! Y encima pedí dos artículos!!! El producto no funciona desde el minuto uno aunque te lo dejes puesto más de una hora y siguiendo cada paso que indican en su página. Tal como te enjuagas el producto con agua tibia desaparece por el sumidero sin necesidad de usar champú!!! Intenté devolverlo y te dicen que el departamento encargado se pondrá en contacto conmigo y nunca ocurrió!!! Te venden "nada" a precio de " milagro"

I ordered the package after seeing their ad on facebook and instagram. Whatever they are saying is totally wrong. It is crap. I also asked them to provide me the refund but they blocked me (I am not even able to send them an email now as they blocked me).
For those from EU, we have this European Union 14 day cooling off period in this we can ask for return/refund with no questions asked.

What is this crap, it’s like self tan for your scalp. I ordered dark blonde and have applied it and has just turned my head orange. Super messy, horrible product. No response from support. Complete rip off, does nothing to deal with thinning hair. Unable to upload pics. It’s just an orange dye that changes be colour if your skin

i’ve been dealing with this company over email for two months now I’ve been asking for a refund because they guaranteed the product and they keep responding back saying They’re researching it. it’s the same BS response. I’ve been getting for over a month There’s no phone number to call and a customer service takes days to get back to you. this is a scam product. It does not work. I’ve used the hair dye. It only lasts for a day and the hair concealer washes out the next day. This is a very misleading product the videos they show you online are completely different than how the product actually works.

Misleading part, misleading information terrible company do not trust. Do not purchase save your money.

I strongly warn everyone to stay away from this company. I placed an order and it STILL hasn’t arrived. not even a single update or message from them. This is absolutely unacceptable. At this point, it feels like a complete scam. They’re quick to take the money but never deliver the product. The lack of communication and professionalism is shocking.

This is a scam and until now my order still not arrive and this is my order number #1893.

Stay away from this awful company, the products are awful, this does not work. I told them my hair was grey and they sent me black stuff which just slightly darkened my hair and did nothing for the thinning spots, customer service is a joke, and be careful on the subscription as that’s how they get you in and that’s it, it’s very hard to cancel it and you think you have and again you get charged, never ever use this company. They use the same response to any criticism which makes me think it is robotic and as soon as you want to cancel they ignore you. I am contacting my bank for my money back. This is a scam and does not work

I saw Lefron ads on Facebook. Unfortunately, another Facebook scam (do they fact-check misinformation at all???). I placed an over 30 euros order 8 days ago. Still, no shipping information provided, just a random tracking number that leads nowhere. I have contacted them via their info email, but my emails get bounced. I have also tried using the "contact" option on their site but guess what...no answer. Just another scam. Stay away from them!!

Company sent products that are a different brand (not “Lefron”) and insisted it was the same. Refused to refund or return , and reply was very slow.

This company is a fraudulent company. It debits your card even though you do not subscribe to a monthly package.
And the product itself is fake.
I have sent them many emails with no response.

the reviews here must be fake, not onl is a messy product, much worst than any other I have used it, but above everythng, water proof? lol suh a BS
