I have sent photos and packaging information of the discrepancies that were on each of the three shirts I ordered from Legacy of 1776, back on 26 June 2026. I've indicated that I would like to return the shirts for a refund and what I got from the Company was "To make up for the inconvenience, we would like to offer you 7USD as a gesture of apology."
I then replied that we would rather return the shirts for a refund of the shirts since they admitted and I quote "This was our oversight, and we accept full responsibility." I responded back stating that we would rather receive a refund and return the shirts. I then received another email stating "We’re so sorry for the inconvenience. Returning them would mean high shipping fees for you, which we know is a pain.
Would you prefer to keep the products and accept 10USD as compensation to skip the return hassle?" My response will be the same, I do not want, nor, will I ever wear those shirt with the discrepancies that should have never passed a Quality Assurance Inspection/Inspector. It would cost me around $25-$35 to correct the hemming, I paid over $60.00 and they want to appease me with a $10 settlement to keep the shirts. I Do Not Want The Shirts!

Did not receive order. Although the money was taken out of my acct as soon as the order was processed. No replies to emails and no other way to contact. Don't think I'll be buying any ton Facebook anymore. This is the second time this has happened.

I wish NO stars was an option. Keep your money - spend it on something you can see. This organization blamed USPS and ME (the customer) for not getting my order which exceeded $200. They did nothing to try to make it right and left it up to me to get resolved. They were no help, but they were responsive. NEVER EVER again. Be warned. Worst online experience EVER. booooooooo.

The apparel is cheaply made and not of good quality.

If could give them a 0 I would make it a -10! Horrible product. Quality is awful. ‘Best’ part, items shipped from Poland, which means it is NOT truly a company within the USA.

To start things off, as soon as I made the purchase, I noticed I had been charged an extra $10. I immediately messaged and was given a refund of the over charge, but it took about a week for that to happen!

Shipping took at least a month, had ordered 250th tshirts for the 4th of July, placed order around the 20th of June. Did not get order until around the 20th of July.
Asked for a refund, was offered $4 and told it would be too expensive for me to ship them back for a refund. When asked for an address to decide for myself, was offered $7. When I kept insisting for a refund I was told the person whom I was emailing didn’t have that authority, I asked for contact info for said person. Information was never shared. I settled with their measly $10 refund so I wasn’t completely had.

This company is a joke, definitely NOT a USA based company and again, quality was terrible. Shirts weren’t cotton, they were a knock off dry-fit type material (not sure how else to explain them).

I hope at least one person reads this and decides against purchasing from their company….I will have done my part.

The quality was the worst ever, no inside labels, most were cut out, one blouse had wrong color blue, shipping took weeks and for a $65+ order they will only refund $12. And I doubt I would ever receive that. Never ever again. Sizes for leggings were wrong. Waist too, too small for a medium. I wouldn’t give these items to a friend.

The order was exactly as descried and PERFECT !!!!

Quick ship, tracking updates, quality product

Two of the same shirt and didn't send one of the dresses. The quality is poor, definitely not like the pictures. Took forever to get the package and quite disappointed.

My only dissatisfaction is the length of time it took for shipping

I were XL, these are tight XL. Need to add a shirt size chart.

Mostly good. My package spent 15 days traveling around Ireland and enjoying the sights before making it's way to me, but item fits well and is good quality.

Order 2 T-shirts for July 4th, in early June. Shipment did not arrive on time (took almost 4 weeks to arrive). They were unable to speed up shipment when asked. I tried to return the shirts but they don't allow cancellations/returns after 15 days after the order is placed, which is unfair as the product had not yet arrived.
I had numerous emails with their customer service department about this. They offered me $3 to keep the merchandise. I paid $47 for it, so $3 isn't a reasonable compensation. After many more emails, they offered only $11 for a $47 purchase that arrived too late and can't be used. They refused to allow returns.
Will never purchase from them again and am warning others to be aware of these unethical business practices.

This is an update to my previous review! Do not order from this company! As I posted and so many other customers the company is very misleading. Shipping, description and quality of the shirt I received is VERY POOR! Wasn’t even the right color and looks absolutely nothing like depicted on their website! I could have got a better and cheaper shirt from Temu! Tried to get a refund and they offered me $6 because they said it would cost me $30 to return it because they do not offer free returns regardless of their misleading website and does not come from the USA. Originally was being shipped from Italy, then tracking showed it 2 weeks later in China and then a week and half later got it. I paid $36 for this cheap hideous shirt that I will never wear!

If 0 stars was an option that’s what I’d be giving. Please never, ever use this website/ brand. I purchased July 4th clothing on 6/19. The order didn’t come in until 7/22. I contacted them telling them that I would like to return my items I spent $118 on. They initially offered me a consolation of $9 and to keep the shirts. Then told me shipping costs were very high. I told them I didn’t want the items and wanted a full refund. They again offered multiple consolations of $12, $14, and $16. I again and again told them I just wanted my full refund. They told me their decision was a “consolation of $16 as their final and maximum resolution”. I contacted PayPal and the credit card company. Both who stated since it was ordered 30+ days ago that it couldn’t be disputed. I believe they take so long to get their terrible products to you for this reason. The quality and design was just as bad as their customer service. I describe their products as CHEAP & TACKEY. Save your money & time and avoid them at all costs!!!!

Poor quality and shipping took way too long

The whole experience was bad! It took 3 weeks for the T-shirt to finally show up, it came from the Netherlands. The T-shirt will never be worn, it is to short for me, even though I ordered a large it looks like it was made for short people, I'm 6 feet tall. Also it doesn't look as nice as the pictures they post on Facebook.

I like the shirt, but the sizing is off. I just ordered another shirt from another company, and their 3X was HUGE. I ordered a 2X with you guys, and it is tight. I evidently needed a 3X. The shirt looks nice, it just doesn’t fit.
