Great experience overall
Super Great deals with the 30% off first purchase promo, I ordered a zour 1.5g vape, zour 2g hash hole prerolls, and an icekream 2g eddible. Great experience with most of the products especially the eddible and vape, but the prerolls left a little to be desired. Which is why i would personally treat zour as a more budget less premium option and ice kream as the superior but possibly more expensive option, atleast for edibles and prerolls. Shipping was also pretty fast and tracking was provided.

First time doing business with them but…
First time doing business with them but customer service wasn’t responsive after I asked for tracking nor did they send me tracking information. They asked for payment it was sent with no problem. They stated I would receive tracking from a company that they don’t even use. Product was supposed to be here today but never received it. And now no one is responding I asked for a refund due to lack of service and communication from company. For a future loyal customer they didn’t give me the respect nor results deserved. Now I ask for a refund and still no response this definitely feel like a scam

I tried to place an order but my delivery address is different from my billing address. Customer service sent an email stating they require the billing and delivery address to be the same. I've never had that problem before. They didn't want my business.
Remember if your billing and delivery address isn't the same they don't want your business.
They lost a new customer.

Due to the nature of the hemp industry, we encounter a significant number of fraudulent credit card transactions. As a result, our payment processor requires us to follow strict verification policies, including shipping orders only to the cardholder's billing address.
Please understand that this isn't a reflection on you as a customer, and it's not that we don't want your business. Unfortunately, we are unable to make exceptions to this policy, even when a customer is completely legitimate, as doing so could put our merchant account at risk.

I ordered one of each of them Obama candy Trump candy bubblegum candy great bubble gum. They were okay I wasn't sure if they were just spray on terps. I ordered that ounce of smalls and they taste great look good smell good. But the percentage of potency is low.

Fairly good product with fast shipping
Fairly good product with fast shipping. Maybe you should get at least 4 stars for that, but I ordered two different concentrates and when they arrived neither was labeled in any way. I had no idea which one was which. I still don't know. They look the same, and they don't look like the website pics. There was no expiration date, no THC % labeling. Just a couple containers. One with a black lid, the other with a white lid. That's it. You need to fix this because this part really sucked big time.
UPDATE - Thanks so much for reaching out! I just sent you a PM via your website. I want to emphasize something I mentioned above, both products are fire! As in 5 Stars. Which is why I wish I knew which was which. Cheers!
