This company promises to register your logo for a relatively low price, but then charges you much more. They don't fill out the application properly, then the USPTO requests more information, and for providing that information, they charge you more. You end up paying triple what they initially offered.

This is my 3rd trademark, but first time with Legal Hoop and the first time I've ever had any issues related to my business information with USTPO. I believe they do not know how to file business/ LLC owned trademarks in an acceptable way. Please learn from my situation. If you are a business using a business address that is a co-working space, a mailbox, or anything that isn't considered a livable address you will receive a rejection letter from USTPO. However, there is clearly a way to file these type of addresses as it was done just fine for my other trademarks and patent - Legalhoop just doesn't know how to do it. They also refused to honor their customer satisfaction policy and said that I needed to advise them on how to file my address - which is nuts because they are supposed to be the law firm not me. If I need to advise them, then they would need to be paying a fee to me, right?

TLDR: Do not use them to file for business trademark. Fake Customer Satisfaction Policy. They are responsive and good otherwise, but they refused to make it right to complete the trademark. Maybe they intentionally do this and get you rejection letters so they can try and charge you more fees for filing responses.

****** Update 2: I like how their support team never replied to any of my 3 emails, but they can reply on here and try to blame a customer. You never tried to "cooperate" with me, your response to this issue was to charge me another $199 (which is an entire filing fee, its literally your new application filing fee) to fix this address small address issue. Responding to an office action to fix an address costs $0. USTPO confirmed this. The issue was you filed an office address as my owner domicile address apparently and now you won't fix it or even reply to email. USTPO won't let me fix it on my own because the attorney aka gatekeepr on file has to reply, but you're not replying to any support messages other than on here to try and act as if you did your job. I am so glad this happened and now I know to never trust a discount online filing company. All buyers please beware.

****** Update : Just discovered they are not BBB accredited and they have 4 open complaints against them and they are reported as not responding to the BBB. C- Rating. I wish I saw this before I hired them. I was swayed by the low prices.
