Dishonest policy regarding renewals
Dishonest policy regarding renewals - they don't let you know you have a subscription, or that the subscription renews. They charged me 299 for a service I do not use, and the day they charged me, they refused to refund it. Now I have a year to use a service I don't want or use. Dishonest policy, dishonest company.
