when contacted them they are not responding to my message.

I'm a buyer and lost 27$ on my account.

Legiit is a marketplace where both the clients and the sellers are being protected from malicious people and their problems are being taken care of - this was a big surprise to me as a seller who had bad experience with scammers in the past on some other marketplaces. The Staff is always polite and responds fast. My biggest compliments to the person in charge of everything - Chris M. Walker. Browse through his FB profile for a start and you'll understand why people like him. A workaholic that invests all of his time and knowledge to make the marketplace better and safer for all users. I like how SEO professionals have been networked into the marketplace in such a way that you can actually learn stuff just by browsing around the marketplace and Chris's FB profile.

Not only are the freelancers on Legiit skilled, but they're also incredibly professional. They take their work seriously and are committed to providing high-quality services to their clients. I've never left a review before on here, but honestly just felt compelled to. You know how you get those annoying emails that say 'How'd we do? We'd love for you to share your experience.'? Well, I normally just delete them but felt compelled to leave one for Legiit given the nightmare of an experience I had with one of their competitors.

There's some other platforms out there of course, but they're getting worse and worse with how they are run. It's like endless gigs and 'yes, I can do this!' or 'yes, I can do that!' promises fro the sellers. Only to agree and then explain the project in further details and have them play around for a few days before telling you sorry, I cannot help. We used a service provider from one of those 'other guys' and it was a disaster. They screwed up the coding of what they shouldn't have been working in and then just ghosted us, forcing to have support refund us (and it was a lot more of a refund than $5 [hint hint]).

Anyways, it was incredibly frustrating. So we did a little more searching and we've actually heard of Legiit before, but decided to use them. Really, the biggest hesitancy was because we were comfortable on the other platform and the process. After being forced to do uncomfortable stuff, we signed up for Legiit and everything was surprisingly smooth. We connected with a service provider we specifically needed and they were able to complete the tasks in around 8 days. Glad our hand was forced to do this, or else I probably would've never used them just because I was comfortable in the other ways.

We are an agency, so we don't need to be hiring in-house positions for every single nuance of complicated tasks. Legiit makes it much easier to get the more specific stuff we need done without having to commit to a monthly employee that we don't have the work load available for. Perfect setup for us and will for sure use again. Lastly, the CEO is incredibly active on social media talking with customers and his team as well. This tells me he's engaged, he's in the thick of it and know what customers and service providers like/dislike. Refreshing to see the hands-on approach.

Definitely happy with all this and how it turned out.
