Brilliant vape store! Their customer service is first class. I did have a little mix up with my order but they sorted it all out within 24hrs and 1 day later i got my order. I've ordered from many online vape stores in the past but none have come close to how good legion of vapors are. The delivery was lightening fast, contacting them, then getting a reply was lightening fast and returns/redelivery was lightening fast too! I highly recommend this company and i will be recommending them to all my vaper peeps!

I made a couple of large vape orders recently with sub ohm, liquids, tanks. I was really pleased to find lots of little extras inside! Lovely touch!

Great company, really good prices, and they always seem to have the latest vapes quicker than other stores. Good delivery times and a lot of payment options which is really appreciated!

Only improvements:
- Loyalty scheme for repeat customers - NOT ENOUGH COMPANIES DO THIS?!
- A contact number. Sometimes I order from other sites with numbers as I can make certain requests or ask questions without the email waiting times.

Seen a few bad return reviews that confuse me. I received a vape that rattled (manufacturer issue), they offered a replacement as soon I sent them a recording. Even though the box was opened and damaged etc they were still happy to replace. Ended up keeping it in the end but can’t fault the service. It’s very standard to show evidence - and have the box QR code as they sent it back to the manufacturer. Not sure why the other reviews are so harsh given market standards.

The best vaping website I’ve ever used! I make a bulk order every month usually about 17 liquids to qualify for free delivery. Fantastic place to shop with an option of emailing them if you have any issue placing your order. Best delivery speed at no extra cost Read a review saying 'They chuck in goodies, like bags and tee’s which I think is super kind and makes me feel valued as a customer!' Bit sad after reading other reviews I dont get and free goodies haha but you know what I dont care wouldnt use a bag or t shirt anyway haha - going to stick with this company dont even google anyone else. Keep up the great work. 100% recommended.

Bought loads of stuff from LOV and they are easily one of the very best vape stores around. Great prices, great products that cater for all types of vapers and they provide and excellent service too. My last order, the mod that arrived was defective and they were quick to sort this out for me and offer me replacement or refund. 5 stars every day of the week.

Deliveries are super fast (I’m talking next day delivery, without purchasing next day delivery kind of fast) and my orders are perfect every single time. Had a few dodgy disposables in the past (not their fault) and spoke to customer service who then added free replacements to my next order! I’ve used LoV quite a few times to buy my juice and been very happy with them until now.
I bought a Tesla Punk 2 in late October, which arrived very quickly, but in mid January it began developing faults which have become so much worse and are so frequent, the mod is now unusable. Actually I’m now wondering if I was sold a counterfeit product given how bad its become so quickly.
Their initial reaction was to divert me to the manufacturer.
What! Noooo!
Under Consumer Law, for the first 12 months of purchase (delivery in the case of items delivered to us) our contract is with the retailer from which we bought our goods not the manufacturer. So they should have repaired/replaced the item or failing those refunded me and dealt with Teslacigs with whom THEY have a contract.
On providing them with a link to the CL page, they blatantly LIED TO ME in an e-mail saying they’re exempt from it! Only perishable goods are exempt, so maybe the e-liquids are, but hardware is definitely not exempt. Additionally, no companies policies over ride those of the Law, so they can say, but our store policy is xyz but that means nothing, the law rules and protects us, the consumers!
I sent them the formal letter sent to me for this case from Consumer Advice, giving them the prescribed 14 days in which to refund me and amazingly they emailed saying they’ve ‘reflected’ on their position and I have to pay to return the item to them for testing and they’ll see what they’ll do from there!
Because Consumer Advice has intervened, they are fully aware they HAVE to fully refund me without my having to return their goods.
I’ve asked for a returns label at least 4 times and they’re telling me they can’t, but really mean won’t do that. Maybe because by not arranging the label themselves, a returned item can get mysteriously lost and never arrive to them, and as they didn't arrange or pay for the return, the loss is the customers!!!!!
They’re trying to scare, confuse and intimidate me into returning their goods by saying they’ll carry out their tests and are happy to deal with Consumer Advice and Trading Standards, whereas they know that they have only 1 course open to them now - to fully refund me and arrange to have their item collected if they want it back.
I don't trust them to return the mod! once they get it, i'll never hear from them again. As long as I have it, they have to deal with me and I know how its gonna turn out as do they!
Disregarding, therefore breaking the law, not complying with the instructions set to them by Consumer Law in a formal letter, blatantly lying to their customer, insisting a customer still follows their process and making a customer pay to return damaged faulty good knowing that is no longer an optional course to follow, delaying taking the correct course of action is not how a reputable honest trader should deal with matters.
They’re consumers too, would they accept Currys or Amazon telling them to deal with Apple, Samsung, HP etc if what they bought from them broke within 3 months! They would not, nor accept paying to return those items to the retailer, but this is what they are expecting myself and others to accept!

It’s a shame because they are the one vape store who stock my favourite e-juice, tank, coils and mods, and their delivery time is great too. But meh, i can do without them.
PS: having read the reviews here, it struck me that they seem to have a very large percentage of faulty vape kits customers have complained about in the last 3-6 months!!

Highly recommend checking LegionOfVapers Facebook page guy called Martin he is a credit to the LOV he doesn't just offer sales or purchasing advice he goes above and beyond not just sales he has offered more advice on what best would suit me from vape mods to tanks because of his assistance i have gone from having no clue on rta tank to been able to purchase cut coils & cleaning them plus wicking rewicking been a fantastic support in helping me learn this new experience watched many YouTube videos but still struggled until he has given lots of his own time to assist LOV need to hold on to him no other company has any one like him much appreciated for everything you done.

I was not give an option to pay other with super pay. And now I am looking at a message saying we are unable to create your account right now. Our team is investigating and will notify you once you can access Super. Although I don't use you a lot I am a returning customer. But the app just put paid to that. The time and frustration in having to try and do something new and it does not work the 1st or 2nd or 3rd or 4th time. Is not something I want to repeat every time I visit your store. Before this Super App thing I would have given you 5stars all day long. My bank just confirmed that the payment was made. But I am not going to download that app again. And since I have no other option to make payment I am kind of sad I wont be purchasing from you again. As in the past I never had an issue. Yes I know its not your fault its the app. But I did not have a choice of how to pay. Once bitten twice shy.
